"Il Ristorante" at Bulgari Hotel Milan In Milano

Unlike its marvelous jewels, the Bulgari Hotel is nothing more than a trinket store! The room was worth a two-star hotel, small and cramped, the reception staff was completely unprepared, and it didn't feel like a five-star hotel. We felt unfriendly from the untrained staff, and unlike our previous destination (Positano), with its very local and very Italian service, we felt a very forced culture shock from the staff of another ethnicity. Breakfast was comprehensive, but the dinner restaurant was poor and expensive, with overpriced prices. There was only one restaurant with few options. The cleaning staff was great. They spoiled us with teas to soothe our stomachs and everything else. Great location for visiting Brera and the Duomo. A so-so hotel is okay.

Great experience. The hotel is cozy and the location is a few minutes’ walk from the center. We stayed here earlier this year, and they gave us a huge room upgrade since it was our honeymoon, thank you so much!!

My husband and I have stayed here 4+ times now and each time we are exceptionally pleased by this beautiful hotel. We usually go up to Lake Como and come back down to Milan for two nights before flying back the New York and the Bvlgari hotel has become a staple for us. Our first year we stayed at the Mandarin Milano and decided to try Bvulgari after a recommendation.. CANNOT COMPARE! This hotel is our favorite by far. The staff always takes care of us but there are a few people who truly stand out. SHANI at the restaurant is so lovely. She excels in her service and takes wonderful care of us, it is time for her to move into management because she is a BIG part of our positive experience. She is simply wonderful. Lana and Margherita in concierge....WOW. Two women who made our most recent trip simply top notch, we cannot wait to go back! Lana and Margherita were available to us for anything we needed on top of lovely personalities and kindness. I see some reviews saying the rooms are subpar, I completely disagree. Every time we check in we think “this room has everything.” Small details such as the nightly tea, scented pillows, every toiletry you could imagine... this is what separates this hotel from others. Our only wish is for Bvulagri hotel to be in more cities. Thank you all who work hard to run this hotel efficiently, we can’t wait to return. Aggie + Roger Slatch

Truly a hidden gem in one of the most busiest cities of Europe. Calm and quiet in the day and yet lively at night. The food is scrumptious but it’s the people. The people that make the difference. From the GM down and social out waitress Mai who just made these few days special. Thank you

I had the most beautiful breakfast experience at Bulgari Hotel Milan, and it truly set the tone for a perfect day. The atmosphere was peaceful, refined, and elegantly understated like a secret garden in the heart of Milan. Every detail, from the service to the exquisite presentation, was flawless. A heartfelt thank you to Anna and May, who both made my morning unforgettable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and grace reminded me what true hospitality feels like. They treated me not just as a guest, but with the kind of care that stays with you long after you leave. As someone who’s experienced luxury hospitality around the world, I can confidently say: Bulgari Milan stands out. I’ll absolutely return—again and again.

Siamo stati in 3 ieri a pranzo all aperto, anche se scomodi, al Salottino, che preferivo rispetto al tavolo, quindi diciamo al Lounge Bar all aperto. Ho mangiato bene se non per il finale a sorpresa negativo per il CATTIVO CAFFÈ, Richiesto due volte, imbevibile. Poi ripreso all interno che mi era stato presentato, su mia richiesta in un bicchiere d asporto gigante, ed un filo annacquato di coffee. Mi sono GIUSTAMENTE LAMENTATA, RISPETTO AL PRESTIGIO DELL HOTEL, e fortunatamente un barista indiano, prontamente ha riparato al caffè fatto male dal suo collega e devo dire che è stato DIVINO!!!! BRAVO!!!! Peccato che ho dovuto lamentarmi per riceverlo ad hoc, ma non importa. CONSIGLIO IL POSTO VIVAMENTE!!!!

Das Restaurant ist zwar nicht gerade das günstigste, allerdings finde ich es lohnt sich sehr. Sie haben ausgefallene Vorspeisen und das Fleisch vom Hauptgang was soo zart, wie ich es selten gesehen habe. Auch das Dessert war ausgesprochen gut. Wir waren am Mittag dort und die Atmosphäre war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Ich kann dieses Restaurant auf jedenfall allen empfehlen die gerne schön und gehoben essen.
