This was my second dinner here, and it was a reaffirmation. A unique and well-maintained venue, impeccable service, and top-quality, creative cuisine. I will definitely be back. If you're looking for a restaurant in Pavia with excellent food and a superb wine list, I highly recommend it.

The restaurant has been renovated and well-maintained, although a bit bland. I would have expected something more reminiscent of the past, in addition to the machinery used in the old laboratory, which is present but in a sterile manner, and the tables with paper placemats (which don't justify the price). As for the food, unfortunately, I wasn't entirely satisfied; the risotto was tasty but very disjointed. Special mention goes to the Argentinian waiter, who was very helpful and friendly.

At the back, cordiality, friendliness and professionalism are at home, as well as the excellent quality of the raw materials and the wonderful wine list that certainly satisfies the most demanding palates. The dinner met and exceeded any expectations, compliments! The location retains the charm of the past in a modern key. Highly recommended. The risotto that splits is of the highest level as well as perfectly cooked and the prosciutto with truffle is exquisite
