I went to dinner for the second time, and it was a reconfirmation. A unique and well-kept venue, impeccable service and cuisine of the highest quality and creativity. I will definitely go back. If you are looking for a place in Pavia with an excellent culinary offering and a very rich wine list, I fully recommend it.

Renovated and well-kept place although a little anonymous as I would have expected something more that recalled the past in addition to the machinery used in the old laboratory which is present but in an aseptic way, tables with paper placemats (which do not justify the price paid). As for the cuisine, unfortunately I was not fully satisfied, the risotto was good in flavor but very unrelated. Note of merit to the Argentine waiter, very helpful and friendly.

At the back, cordiality, friendliness and professionalism are at home, as well as the excellent quality of the raw materials and the wonderful wine list that certainly satisfies the most demanding palates. The dinner met and exceeded any expectations, compliments! The location retains the charm of the past in a modern key. Highly recommended. The risotto that splits is of the highest level as well as perfectly cooked and the prosciutto with truffle is exquisite
