An absolute delight! The Italian steak was tender and full of flavor, the gnocchi wonderfully soft and perfectly seasoned. The crempule had a wonderfully crispy caramel layer and a velvety cream filling. The tiramisu was airy, creamy, and perfectly balanced in flavor. A true taste of Italy on a plate!

Years go by, evenings go by, we almost forget the great classics... then, a mischievous company dinner with American colleagues and the hands magically turn back, as if nothing had happened. We rediscover ourselves in a world that proceeds calmly, that savors the beautiful and good things, the conviviality in a refined but never ostentatious atmosphere. Without further ado: food 🔝, very kind staff, atmosphere "what a bargain"... Florentine that a colleague from Florence dared to say "but how good"... in short, a MUST for those passing through Gallarate.

A very welcoming restaurant in the center of Gallarate. Nice environment, excellent service: very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
The aperitif with cured meats and fried mini gnocchi was appreciated.
Dinner with some notes: fillet requested medium rare but arrived rare (even more than rare). While the horse rib requested rare is perfectly cooked. The Bourguignonne snails are good: I would suggest a little more sauce. Good cut with all the classic ingredients.
Grilled calamari not exactly well executed.
The first course of tagliolini was good.
Wine list not very extensive but valid in terms of level of proposals
Very honest prices.

It was a nice discovery. Intimate room, present and attentive staff with a welcome from the chef after we were seated. We started with a prosecco and appetizers on the house. As an appetizer, a platter with various cold cuts, cheese, pear, walnuts, pickled onions, breasts and Burgundy-style snails. We continue with the elephant earring with a side dish of potatoes accompanied by a glass of red wine. Could we have stopped? Certainly not, in fact we take a tasty Catalan cream and an ice cream with chopped nougat. Now we are packed so we pay while we are offered a homemade liqueur. A beautiful evening.

Trattoria molto carina, piccola e accogliente. Personale gentile e molto cordiale. Ci è stato offerto un calice di prosecco e un piccolo antipasto. Abbiamo scelto una portata di antipasti e un primo a testa, poi dolce caffè e bottiglia di vino. Tutto molto buono e conto nella norma. Se proprio devo esprimere una critica i primi erano un po’ scarsi come quantità. Comunque da provare e tornare

Cibo ottimo, materie prime di qualità, tutti i piatti provati erano eccezionali. Al sabato sera, per chi apprezza questo piatti, c’è anche il carrello con i bolliti misti. L’ha preso una persona sul nostro tavolo e ha detto che la carne era veramente eccellente. Il risotto nella forma della toma è divino! La classica “uregia d’elefant” ottima. Locale molto carino, personale professionale, gentile, simpatico. A fine serata ho parlato un attimo con il titolare una persona veramente gentile e molto umile. Ci è piaciuto così tanto che abbiamo già prenotato per un’altra serata. Complimenti! Da provare assolutamente
