The pork loin and Prosecco served as an aperitif were good. The cheese selection was a bit sparse... a large plate but lacking substance. My Tyrolean-style first course was very salty. The pappardelle with ragù were good. The wine was good, and the staff were friendly.

Returned to this small but cozy place after eight years. Seats are limited to 30, reservations are required. They immediately bring you a small aperitif with a glass of prosecco, fried bread, and local coppa. The placemat menu offers several exceptional choices. The elephant ear cutlet with potatoes is gigantic. Cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Must try the pasta e fagioli (pasta with beans) and the onion soup...and everything else.

02/10/2025: The pistachio and hazelnut are very good, creamy, with balanced flavors and beautifully presented. The selection of flavors is also excellent; in addition to the classics, they offer a rotating selection of very interesting specialty flavors. Also worth trying are the granita and milkshake. The place is extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to offer excellent advice. The prices are fair. I recommend it.
