Excellent. Passing by Via Roma, I was looking for a pizzeria and saw a sign for this place. In short, traditional cuisine, very, very good, great prices, exceptional service and hospitality. I recommend it 10+.

So nice, our group of 20 Americans ate there twice! House wine, Penne Arribbatta and everything was amazing! Highly recommend!

wonderful! truly authentic and hard to find Sicilian cuisine - spaghetti alla nero & bucatini con sarde - real classics - all set in a wonderful atmospheric lane off via Romana in Palermo. highly recommended!

A nice little place to eat on a terrace, just a stone's throw from the historic center. The dishes are high quality; I had a very good stuffed squid. Good value for money.

02/03/2026: They don't reserve a table. We were very lucky. The food is delicious and they are quick with starters and main courses but they abandoned us when it came to dessert 😌. We paid in cash and they made a mistake in their favor. We complained and they gave us back the change reluctantly. The rest is all 10.
25/02/2026: It's a great place to eat in Palermo, very close to Via Maqueda. The first time we went, we had drinks and an appetizer. The second time, we went back for dinner. I highly recommend Nero di Sepia. The atmosphere is super cozy.
