I would say Il Procopio is really one or the best ice-cream parlour you can find in Florence! I went there several times and was never disappointed with the taste and quality of their flavours and cone, neither was I with the staff’s professional kindness. :))

Very good ice cream, excellent quality, both for taste and raw materials. Typical flavors, but also original, unconventional flavors, e.g. "Don Raffaè" and "il Procopio" good to die for. Courtesy, friendliness and reasonable prices, which for being in the center of Florence is a miracle.

Ho passato un pomeriggio con i miei amici a Firenze e, in compagnia di un Procopio, abbiamo deciso di provare il gelato de “Il Procopio”, convinti anche dalle profetiche recensioni. Addetta molto carina e simpatica e gelato ottimo, se conoscete un Procopio ve la consiglio, anche se non lo conoscete in realtà

12/07/2025: Fantastic food in a green setting with knowledgeable and efficient staff.
23/06/2025: We visited the restaurant as part of a bachelorette party while traveling through Tuscany. Although we didn't have a reservation, we were offered a table inside where we enjoyed a delicious meal. With a sufficient mix of Italian and English, the waiter was able to explain the menu to us. It was a wonderful evening with delicious food!
