This is a gelato restaurant that many locals visit. It has a lot of special flavors compared to other places, so it's worth coming. The price is reasonable at 2.5 euros for 2 flavors. *Taste recommendation Il procopio - As the winner of the Florence Gelato Festival, it has a variety of flavors. The first taste starts with pistachio, then orange, lemon, and finally cheese. It seems like a taste that was created with a lot of thought put into it from various angles. Lemon Basil - It's refreshing and goes well together. When I add basil, the lemon is not as sour and I like it. It has a very soft sorbet texture.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the ice cream at Il Procopio in Florence, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and vibrant, and you could really taste the high-quality ingredients. Although it was a bit pricey, I found the price to be completely justified given the quality. 🍦✨

Gelato eccezionale nel bel contesto di piazza dei ciompi. Crema, pistacchio, stracciatella ottimi. Anche la granita al limone molto buona. Fate una sosta e non vi pentirete!

Veniamo in questa gelateria da quando ha aperto, ormai circa 20 anni. Per noi la migliore. La qualità del gelato è una garanzia. Adesso ci portiamo i nostri figli :-)

23/07/2024: We visited this Gelateria several times during our stay in Florence and every time it was delicious! There’s a great range of flavours, from the classics like pistachio and hazelnut to more unusual choices like black sesame or honey & lavender, so there really is something for everyone. Service was always excellent and it was reasonably priced, I’d really recommend visiting whilst you’re in Florence! 🍦
