They have probably the best gelato I've ever had. Maybe the best in Italy! I had the pistachio with pistachio crushed nuts, to die for. And I had the Caramelo with nuts and it was even better than the other!!! The owner does something different than all the others. Her flavors just pop out, so rich, and creamy. I've already gone twice and I'm going back again before I leave Florence, Italy!!! You have to try this place!!

Ho passato un pomeriggio con i miei amici a Firenze e, in compagnia di un Procopio, abbiamo deciso di provare il gelato de “Il Procopio”, convinti anche dalle profetiche recensioni. Addetta molto carina e simpatica e gelato ottimo, se conoscete un Procopio ve la consiglio, anche se non lo conoscete in realtà

This ice cream shop won the Florence ice cream festival and is famous for using high quality materials among the Italian excellences. The flavors are few but very particular! We have 21 proposals and I chose the lemon basil flavour, perfect for a hot summer day! And cremino dark chocolate, chocolate and white chocolate a beautiful flavor rich in taste. Prices range from €2.20 to €7.50
