The best gelato I had in Italy by tenfold! The pistachio is salty, sweet, nutty (of course), and so utterly creamy. I went back every day I was in Florence and I’m still dreaming of it. Everywhere else was so far below how good this gelato was even though their reviews were also amazing. The owner deserves her flowers!

For my grandchildren who live in France, when they come to Florence, their daily gelato is called PROCOPIO. Nothing else compares. I've had it a few times, too, and I must say some of the flavors are truly remarkable.

Excellent ice creams with a wide selection, including dairy-free and lactose-free options. The location is strategic, with a few seats inside and usually outside. They also make flavors for four-legged friends. First time I've seen anything like this.
