Very nice and warm environment for this restaurant which I believe aims for one star. In the dining room the owner is very detailed in explaining the dishes and helps to choose the wine from a very interesting list. Pleasant welcome entree with homemade breadsticks. As an appetizer I tried the artichoke and up to this point the level remained really high with flavors and contrasts that made the experience pleasant. I continued with a first course where the spiciness was too strong, masking the play of sea flavours. Overall I would have given 4 stars if it weren't for the dessert which unfortunately had a really strong and acidic flavor that made it practically inedible. I'll be back to try again. Rating 7-

Stunning flavours and presentation. Three course meal was 55 Euros and you can choose any three courses from the a la carte menu. Added to this are three small (but fabulous) amuse bouches at the start and petit fours at the end.

Lo chef Gian Marco ha le idee molto chiare e fa una cucina che lavora con sapienza sui contrasti e gli abbinamenti, con lo sguardo proiettato al futuro. Insomma, ha davvero una marcia in più, al punto che potrebbe ambire a una stella Michelin. Una menzione speciale allo spiedo di polpo e alla brioche con gamberi di Mazara e caviale, tra i primi al risotto alla napoletana e ai gamberi e piselli a Gragnano. Nei secondi ho trovato eccellente il muggine e nei dolci sorprendente la sua lettura di pane burro e marmellata. Carta dei vini molto ampia e con ricarichi onesti. Servizio cortese e attento. Che volere di più?

An excellent place in Pompeii.
Excellent cuisine with a spectacular wine list in a welcoming environment.
Tasted a fantastic Taurasi by Benito Ferrara which truly upgraded a very high level dinner. Unfortunately the portions are really minimalist, I would have eaten double all the dishes. The extra-slim cheeses are also pleasant. The rabbit and cuttlefish are spectacular. I believe that in addition to the tasting menu (even smaller portions), a large menu should be added with a price supplement and 50% more food.

We were "hosted" in this restaurant for Valentine's Day, with a special tasting menu for the day and what can I say, simply amazing! I specifically used the term hosted because it's so relaxing as if you were at home! Compliments!
