An excellent restaurant on the beach in Porto San Paolo with a beautiful terrace overlooking the island of Tavolara. Excellent dishes are served by pleasant, unobtrusive staff, or even by the owners themselves. The salt-crusted fish was filleted and portioned at the table. Despite the terrace being packed, there were no unpleasant delays. Our best restaurant in Sardinia, albeit also our most expensive—but worth every euro. A definite recommendation! Be sure to make a reservation.

12/07/2025: The fried pizzas as an appetizer were very good, and the Ghiotta pizza (gorgonzola and salami) was inedible, both because of the strange combination and the dough. I go there every year and have always been satisfied, but not this time.
