As good as last time. Every time we end up in these parts our fixed stop is theirs, excellent food and friendly staff.

Excellent environment, clean, friendly staff, always available and attentive. The cuisine is also excellent, delicious dishes with a refined taste, cooked and presented really well. Well done, well done, well done! I recommend everyone to try this place!!! Try it to believe it!!!

A good place if you feel like eating mushrooms. Courteous and attentive staff. Prices are a little high for the type of place. But now it seems that we have to resign ourselves to the general increase in costs...

Cucina molto buona, tutto ben cucinato. Se vi trovate a Zafferana , ne vale assolutamente la pena andarci. Il locale era pieno ma il servizio è stato veloce ed efficiente.

12/10/2024: My wife and I were on a bike excursion when we accidentally found ourselves passing through a secondary road in Bronte and we were attracted by this delicious smell of bread... We then decided to stop and what can we say... Top staff, but they were clearly better products of excellent quality. I have visited many places that boasted “local” products (so to speak), and I ALWAYS found products that you can easily find in the supermarket without labels. However, I would go back here a million times, the only flaw is not having it close to home which is a good thing because I would spend whole days eating that delicious bread. For the rest, we had simply gone in to taste some bread when Signorina Pia, courteous, super helpful and ready to recommend fresh products, let us out with full bags. If I could I would give 10 stars

Trattoria Anima e Core

25/01/2025: Just to make it clear where I am... . I find myself having lunch next to whoodi goldberg.... Who certainly came here not by chance... The rest was a wonderful experience, trattoria. Well looked after and excellent quality food. A nice surprise.
10/01/2025: A slightly disappointing experience, mostly because we expected excellent food, instead we ate reasonably well without infamy or praise but having paid a really high amount we expected much more. The restaurant is quite large with several seats distributed over several floors and is located a few steps from the Piazza del Duomo of Caltagirone. The menu is rather limited and mainly offers typical Sicilian dishes with some reinterpretations. The management is family-run and the staff is courteous and helpful. The portions are generous and the quality of the ingredients is decent. High prices.
