We wanted a porcini-based lunch, and before leaving the province of Ragusa, we searched online and found Osteria Il Porcino. We arrived and after a few minutes of waiting, accompanied by a good glass of wine with my wife, they accompanied us to the table. We ordered some fresh porcini-based appetizers, first courses, and second courses. The girls in the dining room are very kind and the food is a delicacy. If they were to ask us how you feel after this experience? Our answer would be: We feel like PORCHIni!!

Lunch here for the first time today. It was a great experience with delicious, high-quality food, quick and friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back, especially to try the pizza.

We arrived earlier than scheduled and were kindly given a table right away. The interior location was nice but average. The waiters were formal, perhaps too quick with service, which gave me pause. The tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms was delicious. The grilled meat was lukewarm and cold (as if it had been reheated). It was cooked incorrectly (we asked for it to be well done and it arrived almost rare, both for the meatball and the lamb). The bill was average! Again, I still have a lot of doubts; I couldn't say more; my expectations were different.

Exceptional!!!
I went on a special day, the last Sunday of October. Initially, given the excessive crowding, they told me there was no room, but when I specified that I had also tried calling and that I had come specifically to eat there, the girl—I don't know if she's the owner—made a table for me.
I had an appetizer of fresh roasted porcini mushrooms and fresh tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, everything delicious and beautifully served and plated.
Despite the crowding, I was served and pampered until the end, with a request for coffee or liqueur offered.
Naturally, I'll be back to try something else, and on a more peaceful day.
I'm counting on more fresh mushrooms, but you pay for quality.

We didn't go there by chance, but because a friend recommended it. We found excellent porcini-based cuisine. The staff were kind and gave us excellent advice, especially the tall, lean one. I hope to return soon and find more fresh porcini mushrooms!

We followed a friend's advice. And we were right. The food was truly excellent (the tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms were fabulous), and the service was impeccable. The prices were absolutely in line with the quality of the food. I hope to return to try more.

Pleasant location.
Very friendly and professional staff.
We ate well; I recommend splitting the (abundant) courses.
Prices aren't cheap, but they're reasonable for the quality of the ingredients.
