A good place if you feel like eating mushrooms. Courteous and attentive staff. Prices are a little high for the type of place. But now it seems that we have to resign ourselves to the general increase in costs...

Good restaurant. Well seasoned and fragrant dishes. Various appetizers where fresh mushrooms reign supreme. I enjoyed tagliatelle with truly sublime mushrooms. Very convenient parking within walking distance. Try it.

We spent a lovely evening at Hosteria il Porcino. An almost obligatory choice, as Zafferana is a particularly small village with few other restaurants. We were welcomed and accompanied to our table (specific without reservation), brought us the menu and choosing our courses, we didn't wait long until we were served. Personally I enjoyed a first course of macaroni with ragù, while my partner enjoyed an appetizer of very tasty fried foods. Subsequently a second course which consisted of a pork shank with a tomato sauce with vegetables accompanied with baked potatoes. I found this dish in particular to be very good when cold, and I also found the portion of baked potatoes on the side to be quite small. For dessert there is a wide choice, ours was: a warm homemade chocolate heart and a lemon sorbet. The staff, which includes the room manager, a boy and a girl, were helpful, kind and looked after us 100% throughout the service. Small ironic note, the sign inside the restaurant which depicts Sicily... in reverse made us smile. If we're passing through, we'll definitely come back

today for New Year's Eve lunch, everything excellent, hot espresso food, fast and friendly staff. For us it is always a guarantee. Always highly recommended. Thank you

Yesterday, together with my family, we spent the evening of our New Year's Eve dinner here and it was a truly beautiful evening, the waiters were all courteous, the food was really excellent, the animation entertainment was really fun and engaging, we also won many prizes with the drawing of the numbers we all had, each of us had our own number, they made us sing, play, dance. Truly a nice surprise in the evening. Fixed menu for everyone with a baby menu for those with a child, we paid €80 per person which for the evening it was, for the prizes there were and for the good food, isn't much. I recommend this place to everyone. A hug from the curly girl sitting at the most "fun and noisy" table of the evening. This doesn't mean we also won the Ferrari sparkling wine for greater participation.😜 Thank you

Ho pranzato con tanti amici il 15 dicembre. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti. Tantissime pietanze di alta qualità e raffinatezza. Dagli antipasti (numerosissimi) alla grigliata di fine pranzo, un crescendo di gusti e di sapori. Tutto ineccepibile, anche il servizio. Camerieri cortesi e sempre disponibili.
