Light and fragrant pinsa, out of this world fried food... their breading is out of the ordinary, the buns are fabulous... From appetizer to dessert everything is impeccable. Fast service, very kind and friendly. Congratulations! You are doing an excellent job! We will be back

An excellent pliers that over the years has greatly increased the quality of its products. Before Covid it was really pleasant to stop for lunch where they offered simple but delicious solutions for students and professors from the Roma Tre branch which is right across the street. In the evening, however, in its pincer formula it has remained a point of reference for quality in the area and beyond. I really recommend it to everyone and if I can I take guests there. The supplì is insanely good.

Good. The place is welcoming and the staff friendly. The supplì is excellent, the aubergine croquette is less interesting. Good offer of beers, good pinsa. A place to return to.

Excellent pinsa with chickpea hummus, in general they have various vegetarian/vegan pizzas, but the others were all appreciated too! The supplies are also good

15/05/2025: We had been wanting to try this place for a while and we took advantage of it on Mother's Day. We had the Rosa cake, the presentation was 5 stars but the taste deserves much more. Very high quality and the flavor combinations are perfect! Best cake I've ever eaten. The kindness of the staff is the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back to try their inviting single portions. Thank you Pasticceri Charlotte ❣️
15/05/2025: A corner of Paris in the heart of Rome: their macarons are even better than those eaten in the best French patisseries. Their desserts are a joy for the eyes, cared for in every detail to be as beautiful as works of art and delicious. You can feel the passion they put into everything they do. Last but not least, they are people with hearts of gold and great ideals, which they defend with courage also through their work. For me it is one of the places of the heart and one of the best patisseries I have ever tried.
