We left this place satisfied and happy. Excellent classic and gourmet pinsa. The dough is crispy and soft, very digestible. Truly delicious appetizers, you can't miss the artichoke, top!! The guys serving the tables are kind and smiling, which is not to be expected. Compliments for everything.

The pinsa is good and very digestible. The supplì and tiramisu, however, could be improved. The service is quick and courteous. I'll be back. Recommended.

Excellent beers, exceptional pinsas with exceptional ingredients and dough, and very friendly staff. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but that's the price of success.

Pensa is delicious, in my opinion one of the best in Rome. The selection of flavors is also excellent, ranging from creativity to tradition, always with top-quality ingredients. Craft beers on par with the best craft beers, friendly and fast service... Virtually flawless (except for the parking problem, but that's not their fault!)

Delicious multigrain pinza, crunchy and easy to digest, with excellent ingredients. It costs a little more, but it's worth it. Fast service, a welcoming, intimate atmosphere, and friendly staff. Excellent beers. Worth a try.

We went as a couple on a Saturday night without a reservation. We were warmly welcomed despite the typical stress of those evenings. There were no tables available, but they warmly invited us to sit at the bar, and it was a truly happy choice. The staff is always smiling and helpful. We tried one of their (many) beers, then the pinsa... everything was delicious. Fair prices.

11/01/2026: everything very good only problem too long waiting times for 3 pasta dishes almost an hour, the day didn't help being Sunday but an hour is exaggerated.
10/01/2026: Five stars is not enough. The food is high-quality and plentiful. The staff is attentive and very kind. Fabio is one of the best waiters I've ever met. The restrooms are top-notch. What can I say... See you soon!
