Excellent pinsa, both in terms of dough and top-quality ingredients, with interesting combinations.
The fried foods are excellent, although the delicious double breading is perhaps a bit too prominent compared to the contents.

A very good Roman pinseria.
They have a grain dough that makes the pinza very tasty and light. We had a traditional one (buffalo mozzarella and basil) and a seasonal one with ricotta and zucchini. The craft beers were good.

A welcoming place with fast and very friendly service. The fried foods are truly delicious, although the zucchini blossom revisited with ricotta didn't entirely convince me. The pinsa is average, nothing special: I don't recommend the 4-cheese version; it's better to try other options.
The real surprises are the desserts: original, unique, and delicious, a must-try and definitely the highlight of the menu.
A pleasant place, ideal if you want to end your dinner with a truly memorable dessert.

Try, try, try, try!
Informal atmosphere, amazing pinsa. I chose the one with cereal dough topped with zucchini flowers. Light, fantastic. The supplì are superb, like nothing you find anymore. The staff are discreet but efficient, fast, and friendly. Try again and again. A must-try in the Ostiense neighborhood or if you want a light and tasty pinsa. Oh, and the beers are excellent. Reasonable prices.

Il Ponticello, near the university on Via Ostiense, was a pleasant discovery. Our takeout order was completed in less than 15 minutes. The pinsa are truly delicious (try the margherita, capricciosa, and zucchini flower and anchovy pies). The supplì are exceptional. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent Roman pinsa in a casual, almost spartan, yet pleasant atmosphere. The pinsa, available in a variety of seasonal flavors, is light and tasty. The beer is also excellent. Finally, the friendly and helpful staff deserves a special mention.

Ci sono andato perché lo conosceva mio cugino, io lo avevo frequentato anni e anni fa quando era una bisteccheria, oggi punta quasi tutto sulle pinse.
Personalmente sono stato sempre molto critico verso questa moda della pinsa romana che è improvvisamente comparsa nei menù dei ristoranti e di alcune pizzerie al taglio, ma la loro, indipendentemente dalla realtà della tradizione, è veramente buona, croccante e si percepisce tutto il sapore degli ingredienti di ottima qualità.
Buone anche le birre alla spina di diversi tipi e gusti.
