An essential point of reference in Southern Rome for those who want an excellent pinsa accompanied by super craft beers. Welcoming environment thanks also to the young, polite and kind staff. Words are not enough to describe so I highly recommend you try it. Regardless of personal tastes, you won't regret it.

Faithful point of reference for Pinsa! In addition to the classic and special ones, the menu is enriched with seasonal ones on rotation. Try the special croquettes! Staff always friendly and approachable. Advised!

Eating a pinsa like this was really pleasant. The appetizers were no exception either. The final touch with the coffee with the arm machine and Neapolitan blend was sublime

Locale piacevole e personale gentilissimo. Supplì eccezionali. Pinsa buonissima, la più buona di Roma! solo una piccola pecca è stata la mancanza di scamorza su una pinsa da 16€....fette troppo sottili 🫤 (ma hanno anche le pinse tradizionali dai 7-9€.) Menù e prezzi pubblicizzati sul loro sito web. Ottima scelta! Birra rossa artigianale buonissima. Consigliato! Ci torneremo 👍

The Supplì are excellent with a super crunchy breading and the pinsas are also excellent. Efficient and courteous service. Good value for money. Definitely coming back

San Paolo area - Rome - excellent place, refined with an excellent choice of both traditional and gourmet pizzas, but always of quality. Excellent choice of craft beers. Unusual appetizers and outside the usual canons but of quality and well served. Friendly and helpful staff. Weekend difficulty finding parking. Reservation is recommended.

23/02/2025: Very large restaurant with variety of preparations. Abundant first courses with lots of seasoning, excellent second courses of meat, tender meat, properly cooked, nice cut. Very cheap pizza but not recommended for those who are demanding on the matter.... Roman pizza dough cooked in a wood oven with probably an unsuitable biscuit stone so it remains soft and more compact in the center especially with the seasoning and the crunchiness and crumbliness typical of Roman pizza does not develop well, I would have modified the line with a nice contemporary one. I recommend pointing out that there is oregano in the margherita tomato. Fast and helpful service, huge, welcoming place
