The carbonara is a must-try for this unsurpassed UNESCO heritage site. The owner and staff are very kind, helpful, and professional. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Poggio's carbonara is amazing! Lorenzo is a veritable volcano of ideas, both in his carbonara variations and in his excellent digestive liqueur. He also produces aromas that are a sensory experience recognized around the world! All in a restaurant that has maintained its roots and lovingly represents the region and local tradition.

Ho preso una carbonara al tartufo. È stato un viaggio metafisico eccezionale mangiarla. Al contempo, è rimasta un po' pesante. Infatti, nonostante abbia preso la porzione più piccola, mi sono ritrovata con un piatto straripante di pasta.
Il sugo della carbonara è supersaporito e condito. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.💛

Durante un mio viaggio in bicicletta, mi sono presentato senza prenotazione ma senza farmi alcun problema mi sono fatto apparecchiare all’esterno anche se non era una bellissima giornata. La signora si è dimostrata molto disponibile alle mie richieste pur di non dirmi di no in quanto il locale era strapieno. Il personale gentilissimo, la carbonara TOP , una tappa obbligatoria x chi passa da Cagli .
