Che dire, carbonara fantastica. Poi se vi piacciono i funghi, ve la consiglio, strepitosa. Fotunatame abbiamo preso la 150 gr. perché dopo un abbondante antipasto formaggio e salumi, che ne valsa la pena, finire la carbonara, è stato possibile solo perché buonissima, era molto abbondante. La carbonara marchigiana è con la pancetta, che io preferisco, con il guanciale la trovate a Roma.

Super! Ci torno ogni anno e la carbonara è sempre più buona. Provata anche quella vegetariana, davvero buona anche se la classica rimane insuperabile. In futuro proverò quella con funghi e anche con altre paste come i rigatoni e i tortellini. Non mancate anche le millefoglie con Chantilly ai vari gusti. Top!!!
