Ciro was our waiter for the night, we didn’t look at the menu, just asked for recommendations. It was perfect.
The restaurant is divided between the a more traditional style food and a gourmet “fancy” side. Ciro recommended us to stay in the traditional one.
We started with an appetizer of “Capocollo and burrata”, followed by “Orecchiette di Grano Arso” (which was amazing and a must try from this restaurant), the “Polpettone” and the “Sbriciolata al limone”.
Everything was perfect and I am now left debating if we should drive 2h back to eat there again!

A well-kept and welcoming location, delicious food. Orecchiette and bombette are excellent recipes. The entire dining room staff was attentive and professional, especially with our gluten-free request. Thanks to Cosimo for his remarkable service.

I stumbled upon it during a visit to the town, and chose the absolutely delicious orecchiette with burnt wheat and turnip tops, the truly noteworthy bombette, and the excellent tiramisu. The place is spacious, the service is friendly, and the prices are definitely competitive for the quality of the ingredients. Definitely recommended.

Emma was the absolute best waitress to compliment our favorite dinner in Puglia! My husband took our sister and best friend to Alberobello and were fortunate enough to have Emma as our server. We chose to dine in the fine-dining part of the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic, Emma's recommendations for wine were spot on, and it felt like we were eating home with the cozy and beautiful atmosphere. Cannot recommend this spot enough and if she is working be sure to request Emma! Thank you so much for the best night on our weekend trip from Rome!

A highlight of our Puglia trip!!! The food was incredible-my favorite was the orchiette broccoli rabe, and the desserts-orange lava cake and the mint ice cream. I tried several other dishes and they were incredible too. We had complimentary appetitivo and great wine pairings. Even better than the food was our server, Emma. She was such a joy. Her warm personality made us feel so comfortable like dining with family. She was the highlight of our dining experience. We will definitely be back to eat and to see our favorite, Emma!!!

We had an unforgettable meal at this charming restaurant in Alberobello. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming—special thanks to our server, Emma, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made the evening even more enjoyable.
The food was absolutely amazing—authentic flavors that truly captured the essence of Puglian cuisine. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.
The ambiance of the restaurant was equally impressive. The interior was elegant and full of character, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed and memorable dining experience.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Alberobello!

If you walk 2-3 minutes to the left along the main street before entering the Trulli Zone in Alberobello, you will see it on your right.
This is a representative restaurant in Puglia that continued to receive one Michelin star for many years until a few years ago.
Recently, the restaurant has been divided into a Ristorante and an Osteria, and you can choose whichever you prefer.
At the Osteria, you can enjoy traditional Puglia dishes such as orecchiette in a casual setting, and at the Ristorante, you can enjoy traditional Puglia dishes with a modern twist.
Of particular note is the wine, which boasts one of the best collections in Italy.
Definitely a restaurant worth visiting in Alberobello.
They are understanding of Japanese people and the service is excellent!
The photo shows
Cima di rapa (rapeseed blossom) ravioli, one of the courses at the Ristorante, and
Cima di rapa orecchiette at the Osteria. There are two entrances in the same building, so choose whichever you prefer.
There are much fewer Japanese people in Alberobello than there used to be. This is a rare restaurant that is just right for Japanese tastes and stomach capacity.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this restaurant deserves it.
A perfect union between traditional and classic products, a good wine list and excellent desserts.
We had grilled scamorze, local cheeses and capocollo di Martina Franca with burrata, and then continued with the historic and wonderful bombette made here to perfection.
Folk atmosphere, from the flooring to the choice of tables, to the chandeliers and details here and there on the walls, which make it very much a tavern for travellers.
