The setting is very pleasant; we're from a small business that, once you enter, welcomes you into a magnificent dining room with a library of wines from all over the world.

We had dinner at Izzica this evening and the experience was truly excellent. My wife and I started with two very good appetizers: the glazed eggplant, delicate and full of flavor, and the octopus on pumpkin cream with crumbled taralli, an original and perfectly balanced combination.
For the second course we chose the tuna in a black sesame crust with sweet and sour onion: impeccable cooking and really well-executed contrasts of flavor.
To close the evening, a chocolate cake with a soft heart accompanied by a surprising parmesan ice cream: a very good refined dessert.
The staff was impeccable throughout the evening: kind, attentive and very professional. Compliments to Antonio, the owner, for his friendliness and professionalism that make the atmosphere even more pleasant and familiar.
An experience that we highly recommend to those looking for creative and refined cuisine in a welcoming environment. We will definitely be back!

izzica is an excellent wine shop and cheese counter stocked with very special products. Professional and courteous welcome. The two simple and tasty appetizers, good aubergine appetizer, very tender low-temperature cooked pork. Varied menu, both meat and fish. Recommended place.

I am editing my review because it is the only way I can respond to the owner. When we ordered the cardoncelli ravioli we asked if we could divide the portions but we were told that it was impossible due to the quantities. Therefore I took it for granted that the portion was a full portion also because when you served the dishes to us at the table we were not told that they were half portions. However, apart from this inconvenience, just to clarify, I left 5 stars because I enjoyed it.
Below is my first review:
The place is beautiful, I like the idea of entering and passing through shelves and shelves of typical products before arriving in the table area, where the walls are filled with bottles of all kinds. The cuisine is divine as are the dishes and combinations of top quality ingredients. The starters as well as the first courses and desserts are delicious. Perhaps for the ravioli with cardoncelli and crispy bacon the quantity served would need to be revised, but for the rest everything was perfect.🔝🔝🔝

An unforgettable taste experience!
