Excellent surprise. We had a very good time, both for the dishes we ate and for the staff (helpful and competent) and the service. The place is very particular, with books everywhere.
We ate octopus with potatoes and prawns in a sweet and sour sauce (the spiciness covered the flavor of the fish); pasta with three tuns (recommended), grilled tuna and fried mackerel with caramelized carrots (recommended).
It was very pleasant to stop and chat with the owners at the end of the meal. They also told us the history of the restaurant. Advised.

The place is nice and the menu very interesting. My cut was served a little cold although, after pointing this out to the waiter just to give feedback to the chef and without controversy, I didn't expect €35 to be taken off the bill and ask. 5 stars for the service for the kindness and... honesty. Well done! Highly recommended!

Small restaurant suggested by smartbox, within the ancient walls of the city of Palermo.
Quiet environment and outside the tourist part of the historic center.
We had a pleasant dinner with excellent dishes: crostoni with prawn tartare and mixed fried food, wine and desserts.
The restaurant has a small terrace inside for the hottest days.

Ristorante appena fuori da corso Vittorio Emanuele, ambiente caldo ed accogliente, personale gentilissimo ed affabile. Primi piatti buonissimi, noi abbiamo assaggiato spaghetti pistacchio,gamberetti e vongole e spaghetti ai 3 tonni e poi il tonno al latte di mandorle. Tutto ottimo. Noi abbiamo approfittato dello sconto di The Fork

Siamo stati qui l’ultima sera a Palermo. Il locale si sviluppa su piú piani abbiamo cenato in una terrazza ben riparata. Zuppa di cozze perfetta e a seguire spaghetti con pistacchio gamberi e vongole da urlo. Pasta al dente e vongole deliziose. Personale cordiale dovessi tornare a palermo ci tornerei sicuramente
