Superb culinary experience in the heart of Palermo – "Il Pipino Rosso" A dinner at Pipino Rosso is not just a meal: it is a sensory journey that tells the story of Sicily through deep and authentic flavors. From the appetizer, the mussel soup conquers the palate: fragrant, intense, balanced between sea and land, so good that mopping up the sauce is a must. The main course? A masterpiece. The green gold spaghetti with clams and prawns is a symphony of the sea: the sauce, creamy and enveloping, binds the pasta perfectly without covering the freshness of the shellfish. The finish, finger-licking good. Next, an impeccable fried seafood: crispy calamari rings, golden caps, juicy prawns and delicious octopus renfe fried to perfection. No grease, just crunchiness and marine flavor in every bite. A dish that leaves you speechless… and almost breathless from how good it is. The location is a mix of style and warmth: books scattered here and there, stairs that intertwine in a welcoming environment, with vintage touches and mirrors that multiply the light and space. There is an intimate but never banal atmosphere, ideal for a relaxed dinner or a special moment. For those who want it, there is also a welcoming and bright terrace for eating outside. The service deserves an honorable mention: impeccable waiters, kind and with a prodigious memory. There is no need to repeat anything: every desire is welcomed with attention and professionalism. A place where you will gladly return, and from which you leave with a smile, a satisfied palate and the desire to tell about it. Highly recommended.

There were 2 of us at Pipino Rosso and, as soon as we entered, we understood that it was the place we wanted. They welcomed us with courtesy, they showed us around the place and chose a table. Dishes with generous portions. Swordfish CAPONATA, spaghetti with 3 tuna and, the apotheosis of taste, couscous with a name that I don't remember but I will never forget its goodness. Highly recommended!

Very original place and very good food

We had dinner at this restaurant that a friend had suggested to us and that is located in a historic building from the 15th century (of which the owner told us the fascinating history). We had the mussel soup, spaghetti with prawns, pistachios and clams and mixed fried food. Everything was delicious and of high quality, very kind staff, fast service and top location. We will definitely be back.

Sapori autentici in una location speciale – Pipino Rosso è una garanzia! Ho assaggiato un’anciova semplicemente perfetta: saporita, equilibrata, preparata con grande cura. E che dire del dolce? Pazzesco, uno di quelli che ti resta in mente (e nel cuore) per giorni. La location è d’eccezione, suggestiva e accogliente, con quel tocco che rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Un posto dove si torna volentieri, certi di trovare qualità, gusto e un’atmosfera unica.
