A magical surprise. Even though we arrived almost at closing time, they welcomed us impeccably. We took advantage of the set lunch menu, an excellent offering in every way. The crab fusilli was excellent, the gratinated fennel, and the ribs were fantastic. Highly recommended, and the people were fantastic and humble.

This restaurant focuses on quantity and affordable prices. The menu is stuck in the '80s (I haven't seen a shrimp cocktail in ages, and there's an overuse of cream). The place isn't very clean, with cobwebs and dust everywhere, and the bathroom doors are painted black (their original beige color). Service could be improved (drinks served after the food, sharing focaccia could be pre-sliced, etc.), but the staff is friendly.

18/01/2026: One of my favorite pizzerias in Casale Monferrato
09/11/2025: I went to Casale specifically to try this A.I.C. pizzeria, but I didn't like the gluten-free pizza at all... it was very tough, I struggled to cut it... it seemed unleavened... 😪😪 On the other hand, the tagliata was excellent... but I won't be returning for that... what a shame! The main dining room was nice, but the inside dining room where we were was unfortunately really noisy, but that was because there was a birthday party.
