We arrived with solid and usual expectations, but found the service to be very superficial and inattentive.
The menu was unclear from a seasonal perspective, and pizzas with non-seasonal ingredients were verbally informed upon request that the product, which was rightfully out of season, was out of stock. Perhaps I would add asterisks to reflect seasonality.
Two of the four pizzas had been modified due to a change from one vegetable to another without any additions to the pizza. However, when it came to the bill, the wording "additional ingredients" was added, and we found ourselves charged a surcharge even though we hadn't added anything to the pizza. In fact, the waitress herself insisted on having the ingredients SUBSTITUTED.
When the pizzas arrived, one out of three was incorrect. Ingredients were missing from the pizza's complete composition, and they hadn't even made the pizza and then actually chosen it. However, we obviously paid for everything as if it had been a success!
What a shame!

Absolutely amazing!
A truly fantastic restaurant with a beautiful ambiance. The food was simply amazing – OMG, I had the best spaghetti vongole ever! Incredibly good food and super friendly service. I'll definitely be back.

I was there for a wedding, we ate a ton of appetizers and then dinner all based on fish, a heavenly experience..,....
I just have no idea how much a "normal" dinner would cost, but any amount is worth it in my opinion.

Sono stata a pranzo durante una giornata di lavoro, incuriosita dalle recensioni e dalla nomea del locale. Posto splendido , curato nei minimi dettagli , fuori dal tempo. Piatti sofisticati , deliziosi e presentati in maniere ineccepibile ma con prezzi assolutamente eccessivi. Ho mangiato in ristoranti stellati e in proporzione ho pagato meno e mangiato di più a parità di esperienza gratificante. ESAGERATI
Non è la prima volta che io e il mio compagno ceniamo al Pedrocchino ma ogni volta riescono a stupirci in senso positivo con nuove proposte culinarie ma soprattutto riescono sempre a confermare la cura nei dettagli, la qualità dei prodotti, l’attenzione verso il cliente e l’atmosfera speciale.
Il menù è ben dettagliato sia nei prodotti che nei prezzi sempre esposti nella massima trasparenza ma l’attenzione finale viene data dal personale pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta e a descrivere i vari piatti nella maniera più professionale.
La cura nei dettagli nell’impiattamento non ha nulla da inviare alla qualità del prodotto e alla cura della lavorazione.
Purtroppo mancano un paio di scatti di piatti perché eravamo troppo concentrati a goderne li gusto ma spero questi rendano l’idea.
Assolutamente, dopo aver girato molti ristoranti reputo Il Pedrocchino il migliore per qualità, servizio, presentazione e personale.
