Paolo is an energetic and elegant chef who offers dishes where the raw material is enhanced, which speaks for itself. His first courses are delicious and, combined with an excellent bubble, they melt in your mouth. If you pass through Sacile, you must eat here.

This restaurant is one of the absolute leaders in the region. The focus is on fresh and raw fish, but there is also a selection of delicious alternatives for guests who don't prefer fish. The wine cellar is a real rarity, with wines and champagne that you can hardly find anymore - and at fair prices. A visit here is an absolute must if you are in the area.

Un ottimo ristorante, location molto bella e curata nei dettagli! Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto davvero molto bene, antipasto do crudi molto buono! Personale attento e sorridente! Sicuramente un posto perfetto per una serata da ricordare!

Ambiente raffinato,servizio attento, per il tipo di ristorante mi aspettavo un po di "spinta" in più dai primi. In generale trascorsa una bella serata ,anche se i prezzi sono un po alti confrontandoli anche con ristoranti dello stessa fascia.

14/12/2024: Prima volta al caminetto di Barbeano. Ne avevo sentito parlare bene e ne ho avuto la conferma. Abbiamo preso due fiorentine differenti, una americana e l'altra irlandese. Quella americana veramente eccezionale.entrambe le cotture perfette. Anche l'antipasto di affettati e formaggio molto buono. Prezzo nella norma trattandosi di fiorentine. Personale gentile e veloce. Ci tornerò. Consigliato
