Ci sono stato ieri ( 02.02.25) ospite di un amico di Parma che penso conosca ogni buon locale in città e provincia. Il locale è molto moderno ma accogliente e colorato. Devo dire che da solo probabilmente non lo avrei trovato dato che è all'interno di un Hotel. Tavola preparata bene. Servizio efficiente e sempre misurato ( così oggi non scontato) . Un antipasto di capesante saltate con carciofi e preparata con la pancetta. Entrambe ottime : delicate ma di gran gusto e freschissime. Il tutto accompagnato da una bottiglia di Ribolla. Poi gnocchetti al tartufo nero. Molto delicati e ben preparati. Un caffè per concludere. Ristorante di livello molto soddisfacente.

A well-kept and elegant location, to say the least, with friendly, helpful, attentive and well-prepared staff like you don't see around anymore! Hospitality at the highest levels, disarming attention to detail. Everything, everything, everything from the starter to the dessert was impeccable, very fresh fish cooked to perfection! Excellent cellar for all budgets. Note of merit for Isabella and Fulvio who made my birthday unforgettable! C O N S I G L I A T I S I M O!!!

Indecisi se andare a cena nel ristorante dell’hotel de la ville, per appunto il parmigiano , in quanto il servizio dell’hotel ha lasciato un po a desiderare, decidiamo Comunque di andare e mia decisione fu più giusta: cibo ottimo e servizio eccellente, Salumi fantastici , poi per seconda portata abbiamo preso tagliata di Manzo spettacolare, tortellini in brodo , eccezionali e ravioli all’erbette sublimi. Per concludere con i dolci che erano una delizia …. Che dire probabilmente ci torneremo una seconda volta senza andare a cercare tanto in giro

19/02/2025: Ampio moderno luminoso e pulito locale sempre super affollato a due passi dal casello autostradale di Fidenza e non piu' di due km dall'Outlet, possibilita' di parcheggio non custodito nelle immediate vicinanze, consigliata la prenotazione. Ingredienti di qualita', tempi di attesa nella norma, piatti generosi ben cucinati ed impiattati, pizze ben farcite, primi e secondi squisiti ad alta digeribilita', tempi di attesa nella norma. Personale giovane sveglio e gentile, sorridente, professionale, attento alle esigenze di tutta la clientela. Buono il rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

05/06/2025: We stopped at Verdi Ricordi almost by accident on the way to Modena—and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire trip. The food was incredible: fresh pasta, beautiful seafood, and perfectly balanced flavors in every dish. Everything felt homemade, thoughtful, and full of that rich Parma tradition. Right next to the restaurant is a small Parmigiano Reggiano shop and dairy, where you can buy cheese directly from the producers—really special and authentic. What made the whole experience even better was the fantastic service, especially from Mustapha, our waiter. He was warm, professional, incredibly attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. You could tell he really cared about the experience—he explained dishes, made suggestions, and made the whole meal flow so smoothly. He honestly made the difference between a good lunch and a great memory. We loved it so much that we came back again before the end of our trip—and it was just as good the second time. Verdi is now on our list of must-return stops anytime we’re in this part of Italy
04/06/2025: Everything perfect, excellent dinner....all fish-based... Excellent quality-price ratio... Excellent location...not a modern place but retro' perfectly cared for....like the mise en place and the table service.... Welcomed with extreme friendliness... We will definitely return for the pizza....of course I recommend booking!!!! The parking lot is large....and accessible....easily accessible to the structure for anyone...here everything is big It deserves more than 5 stars I highly recommend
