Excellent and plentiful food, expertly prepared; the appetizers, first courses, and fish main courses are spectacular. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It will make us return soon.

Good value for money, generous portions, and a first course that's enough for two without sacrificing flavor. Friendly and attentive staff, fast service, though a bit disorganized at times, perhaps due to the large space. We had the mussels with pepper, mixed fried fish, and paccheri all'Ischitana. Everything was delicious, and there's also ample parking.
Highly recommended.

We went yesterday for family lunch, but we've been there several times before. We had a wonderful meal (all seafood), with generous portions that we split between two to finish, and paid about 30 euros each... A truly recommended place.

This isn't my first time eating at Pacchero, and I agree with what others have written. Google should reconsider how many stars you can give, because 5 isn't enough!

We found this restaurant because we were looking for a good, home-cooked place to eat in Giaveno. I chose "Il Pacchero" because, reading the reviews on Google, I really appreciated the calm and polite way the manager responded to negative reviews. I always look for politeness and respect from the owners, above and beyond any personal feedback. In any case, this place was a truly pleasant surprise. The culinary philosophy is inspired by Neapolitan cuisine: flavorful dishes, generous portions, and care and love in preparation and presentation. All the first courses are served in a fun casserole dish, which makes the presentation original and appealing. We had ordered two plates of "Amalfitana," seafood scialatielli, but the manager, Christian, who is very honest, warned us that each portion was truly generous, so we opted to share one between two because we also wanted to try a main course and, possibly, dessert. The scialatielli (a long pasta typical of Campania) turned out to be truly sublime, with a wonderful flavor and a sauce that's perfect for mopping up the sauce. For our son, we ordered "Il Gigante," a large hamburger sandwich served with mouthwatering French fries. It was delicious and filling. For our second course, we opted for a Sicilian-style swordfish steak, also a shared portion, and it was also truly excellent. To finish, we had two desserts: a Sacher torte and a chocolate trilogy. Needless to say, they were exquisite. They also offer limoncello or myrtle liqueur to accompany dessert or to finish the meal. The prices aren't exactly affordable, but they're very fair considering the freshness of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing them. The service provided by the wait staff is warm, attentive, and family-like, in keeping with Neapolitan tradition. The staff were all charming and friendly, especially Daniele, who was very attentive to our son. The place is always packed, so it can be a bit noisy, but the large crowd here is a clear sign that the food here is excellent. Sincere kudos, then, to Christian, who has successfully harnessed the best of Naples's culture of hospitality and good food, bringing it to a Piedmontese setting. And while the location is a bit of a disadvantage (on the outskirts of Giaveno), it's certainly worth traveling a few extra kilometers to enjoy everything this excellent restaurant has to offer.
We'll definitely become regulars, whenever we can.

I'm a former restaurateur!!! Everything was simply exceptional. The food was excellent, the portions were excellent, and the quality was excellent. The service was excellent. It's not easy to eat and feel so good in a pizzeria restaurant, where the quality is truly top-notch. Highly recommended.
