Yesterday I had the pleasure of having dinner at the "Il Cacciatore" restaurant with my family, and I can say without hesitation that it was an extraordinary experience from every point of view. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with great attention and courtesy: having two twins with a twin stroller, the staff did everything to find us a comfortable and dedicated space, even though the room was full. This small but significant gesture immediately made it clear how customer care is an absolute priority in this place. Food was the real protagonist of the evening. We started with the famous “Antipasto del Cacciatore”, a selection of delicacies that exceeded all expectations. The cured meats were excellent, you could immediately perceive the quality and care in the choice of raw materials: nothing to do with large-scale retail products. The hot starters, including beans, courgette scapece and caramelized onion, were delicious, authentic and full of flavour. As a first course, I chose tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms with added truffle: simply exceptional. The other diners opted for the “Paccheri del Cacciatore”, which were also delicious. The only complaint, which was clearly explained to me, is linked to the flavor of the local truffle, which is softer and less strong than other types. However, the quality of the dish remains very high. For second, we shared a tomahawk cooked to perfection. The meat was very tender, juicy, and melted in your mouth: a real delight. In addition to the excellent quality of the dishes, praise goes to the dining room staff, always attentive, kind and helpful. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, a place where you really feel at ease. Finally, a mention of the bill: absolutely honest, especially considering the quality of the food and the service offered. Coming from the north, I'm used to much higher bills, but here the value for money was surprising. In conclusion, I highly recommend “Il Cacciatore” to anyone looking for an authentic culinary experience, made of genuine flavors and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back!
