Il muretto In Gavirate

A small place, but a wonderful surprise! In a town full of "touristy" restaurants, where you can spend a lot but don't necessarily eat well, this place was a godsend: lasagna just like grandma's, homemade ragù, and truly delicious vegetables. Plus, and this isn't a given, the owner was truly kind, welcoming us with a smile!

We went for lunch today and it was a lovely find in the city center. The guy was very helpful and friendly. A good place for a quick bite and a reasonable price.

The young man who served us was very kind and helpful, even with the foreign customers who were nearby. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice; he met our needs. Small but cute, typical of the area. I highly recommend it 👍

Really good Italian food, which can be taken away or eaten on the steps outside. The owner is really nice and service-minded. Offered to have the food ready if we called a little earlier.
