I was truly impressed by this restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming from the first moment: the place is well-kept, warm, with the kind of energy that makes you feel immediately at ease. The staff is kind and attentive without being intrusive, and the owner is a special presence—friendly, affable, and capable of creating a serene and pleasant atmosphere around his guests.
The food is excellent: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and a cuisine that is simple yet surprising. It's one of those places where you can truly feel the passion for what they do.
Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back. Especially for the paccheri!

I've been to Mulino twice, and both times I had a great time. The staff was friendly and smiling, the wait times were reasonable, the food was excellent and well-prepared, and you could see the passion.
I'll definitely be back again and again.
