Siamo capitati da Il Mio Vinaio per caso, passeggiando per Spoleto 😀 il posto ci ha incuriosito immediatamente, dà subito l’idea di una vera trattoria locale. Ci siamo fermati e al di là della bella accoglienza che ha avuto la nostra cagnolina siamo stati trattati con velocità e attenzione e non abbiamo tralasciato di farci consigliare dal personale, molto attento e per nulla impostato. I piatti sono davvero buoni e la carne è ottima.

You spend within the norm and you eat very well, the service is friendly and quick. I recommend the strangozzi with pistachio and Norcia bacon, fabulous: I don't think I've ever enjoyed a pasta dish so much! Central location, it is easy to reach on foot, both outside and inside it has a welcoming atmosphere; pity that if a car passes it is very close to the outer tables.

Posto tipico e spettacolare per la sua semplicità. Giovanni è un treno (come tutto lo staff d'altronde), mentre la Signora Sandra è un'ottima padrona di casa, accogliente e gentile. Il cibo ed i vini? Un incanto. Bravi, voto 10!

Positive rating definitely, two of us arrived for dinner without a reservation on a Tuesday evening with a full house, we were served two glasses of an excellent red wine and they immediately found a table for us. Giovanni is very nice and knows how to earn the customers' sympathy. The strangozzi with Bronte pistachio and Norcia bacon and also the strangozzi with truffle are excellent. The cut is also excellent.

Beautiful location, interesting menu, great offer of wines. We tasted two starters, of good quality although mine was wrong. The problem was the rudeness perhaps linked to the fact that we consumed "only two starters"
