Il Mio Vinaio In Spoleto

We returned with my mother after a year. The same quality of food and hospitality. I recommend the fillet with mushrooms and truffles, simply divine. Highly recommended!

Delicious! The truffle strangozzi were excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the quantity of pasta ;) We were there on a very busy evening due to the festival. The staff literally went out of their way to manage everything as best as possible, welcoming us, and serving us in a timely manner. I imagine the service can't be objectively assessed on an evening like this. We'll definitely be back.

After a week of enjoying delicious food in Umbria, this was definitely the best restaurant!

A surprise. Among so many tourist restaurants, a nice surprise. The fillet with truffle was delicious, perfect raw material and perfect cooking, as requested. I didn't know the crescionda spoletina, and I didn't even know the passito di Sagrantino. Evidently it was my problem, But I thank David, who with my kindness proposed to fill these gaps. The dessert was also delicious.

It was the first time I was a guest at "Il mio vinaio"... Sunday, June 29. We were welcomed impeccably and politely. I wanted to try the traditional dishes, those that reminded me of my youth spent in these mountains. Strangozzi alla spoletina were amazing, every forkful was a dive into memories... the crescionda spoletina was a true sensory and poetic journey into the past... everything was fantastic. Thank you.

I had dinner, together with my wife, at this restaurant located in the historic center of Spoleto. Young and friendly staff. We had two tagliate with side dish, accompanied by two excellent glasses of red wine, and two desserts. Everything delicious and excellent quality/price ratio.

Hoy hemos visitado Spoleto como parte de una gira por Umbría. Encontramos este encantador restaurante a lo largo de la plaza principal y paramos para almorzar. Comimos fuera, pero por dentro es bonito con una gran selección de vinos. El personal era muy amable, perdonando nuestro limitado italiano y hablando buen inglés, tomando tiempo para charlar con nosotros. Nos sirvieron comida deliciosa, muy bien cocinada, en particular los ravioles y postres preciosos. No nos podía faltar nada, no es nada caro para la calidad de la comida. Nuestra única decepción fue que no nos quedamos aquí más tiempo para que pudiéramos volver de nuevo. Recomendamos encarecidamente este restaurante si estás en la zona.

Realmente no entiendo por qué esto es 4 estrellas en Tripadvisor. 4 estrellas suele significar mediocre y un lugar del que me mantendría alejado excepto en un apuro. Este es un sólido 5 estrellas. Este es el lugar raro que me encantó tanto que me gustaría volver y comer de nuevo la noche siguiente (desafortunadamente estaban cerrados para el día libre semanal). Giovanni era muy amable y el otro servidor también era amable. El servicio fue genial. Nos hicieron sentir como familia. No solo era increíble el servicio, sino que la comida estaba perfecta. A todos nos encantaron nuestros platos. Ni una sola queja. Y el vino que fue recomendado por Giovanni estaba en su punto. Normalmente no soy fácil de complacer, pero cada aspecto de principio a fin fue un 5. Muy recomendable.
