This restaurant is located between Central station and Repubblica.
Nice location, spacious and well looked after.
The proposal is very interesting: once inside, there is the possibility of choosing the meat to cook directly at the fresh counter... the choice of raw materials is quite wide and the quality is good; the Apulian bowlers are really interesting and the many variations are all spot on.
The service is in line with the format, rather friendly but present.
I expected something more from the cut and the fillet...however, being a chain, the quality of the meat is really good.
I recommend for an evening with friends!!!

Place seen on instagram we went on Sunday for lunch and there was a bit of a wait and it was preferably better to book the boy however he gave us a place in the large room where the illuminated tree is
I must say that the place is really beautiful and the display of the butcher's counter at the entrance with the open kitchen is wonderful
The variety of meat is remarkable and the choice of cuts is also not bad with on the left a cell where the rack or rib is attached which is very nice to look at
There is also a menu with appetizers and side dishes that you can choose from
We took 4 types of bombette, 8 in total, then 5 sheep's roasts A small piece of beef diaphragm an aubergine parmigiana a side dish of roasted potatoes a medium beer a coca-cola and a water and finally the coffee which is served inside the mocha
There were some problems with the service because the first two varieties of bombette arrived as an appetizer, the kebabs, the potatoes and the parmigiana, then after waiting a bit the diaphragm arrived... while waiting, one really bad thing was that the waiter boy was teaching and calling back a girl who is definitely new... something of little taste to do in the room with the whole place full anyway it's my thought, after a bit of waiting I point out that two types of bowler hats are missing... let's wait and finally they arrive, I don't understand how they could disappear.
In any case, my opinion is that the place is nice and the meat is good, the service is excellent although with some shortcomings, the price for me is too excessive €80 and the famous limoncino wasn't even offered, it's a shame
Due to the long wait we no longer wanted dessert... maybe see you next time

Lots of choice of cuts of meat, all excellent, and the service from Syria, Giulia and Luca was also particularly attentive and kind.

Carne buonissima. Super consigliato se si ha voglia di mangiare un ottimo taglio di carne. Ottimi anche gli antipasti e i dolci. Personale fantastico.
