This is the Tòsciri butcher's shop, synonymous with quality. Their meat comes from their own or local animals, fed only with local fodder without anabolics and grazed in healthy Sardinian nature. Nice location, in the center of Arbatax, the external view from the terrace is nothing special but a stone's throw from the suggestive Rocce Rosse. Service times within limits (the place was not crowded), smiling, kind and helpful staff. Negative notes: presence of flies wandering around while you eat, not very pleasant or hygienic. Only half a liter of water in a plastic bottle. Bathrooms for customers only sufficiently clean, without paper to dry themselves and with the uncomfortable electric hand dryer partly at the sink.

Best burger , chips and ribs we ever ate. The meat is insane and perfectly cooked. The service, unfortunately was terrible. We ate in an outside terrace that was very cozy and nicely decorated. The hostess left us as soon as we were sitting down, not a smile, did not come to see us at all once the food or drinks was served . We asked for the addition and she summoned us; inside. No smiles, no ; did you like your dinner, nothing. And, I noticed she had the same behaviour with the other customers. The other hostess was not very friendly either. I think a good customer service training would be advised or maybe they don’t need it since the food is so delicious 😞

Really super nice place, even if the external bathroom loses points for me and the same goes for the fact that the tables are all attached. Fairly fast service and friendly staff, but girls, your hair must be tied up to serve at the tables, there is no such thing as showing off long hair, with the risk of letting a good hair end up on your plate. The sore point for me was the meat. It's good, but nothing excellent. I've eaten picanha in other places outside of Sardinia and it was an explosion of flavor and wonder. Honestly, this didn't leave much for me and some pieces were so fibrous that they were very hard and difficult to both cut and chew. The price is average, generous portions. Maybe I'll give the sandwiches a second chance, but I would say that I won't take cut or sliced ​​meat anymore.

We dined here recently and had two great Burgers. Very well put together and tasted wonderful. But The servers were atrocious. We were obviously foreign eating at 6:30 but the level of service was the worse we had had in 2 months of travel. The menus , drinks and food were literally thrown on the table and the server disappeared before we could thank them or swap drinks and meals on the wrong side. Really a shame as the owner across at the kitchen looked like he cared.

Very, very tasty food! The ambience and service are nice, but you can tell that it is designed for a high frequency of customers. You don't want to sit for a long time and have a drink, firstly because the service doesn't ask again and because the atmosphere itself isn't comfortable. However, the food is super good and worth it. The best burger I have ever eaten!

In questo ristorante si mangia prevalentemente carne che è molto buona e di qualità. Ma i tavoli sono troppo vicini gli uni agli altri e il.servizio non è così attento come dovrebbe. Servita un'insalata senza condimento e alla richiesta il nulla. Mmm. Ok ma senza pretese.

Anche quest’anno mia moglie ed io siamo ritornati in questo ristorante. Locale carino all’aperto e servizio rapido con personale giovane e gentile. Ottima carne.
