Beautiful to look at, but it's the place where I've eaten the least well in all of Castiglione, and the prices are certainly not cheap. It's not bad, but the grill wasn't the best, and the fried lake fish was also poor, served like street food. Wine is only available by the glass or bottle. Attentive staff, but that's not enough.

Enjoyed our visit here. Food was yummy and reasonably priced. As part of coperto we should have received bread to the table as every other table did. That did not happen for us. When I asked about it at the counter, they only said sorry. Think they tried to pull one over on tourists.

This lakeside restaurant offers a beautiful view. We ordered two lake battilarde (small fish fillets) as an appetizer; it was plentiful and varied. The flavors were strong in the seasonings, less so in the fish, but there wasn't a "wow" factor. For our first course, we ordered the pici al misto (mixed lake pasta), flavorful and plentiful, perhaps with too many carp roe, but after a while, the flavor became more pronounced. The spaghetti alla chitarra (a kind of spaghetti) with perch and cherry tomatoes was delicate and lighter. We drank only water and three coffees, and spent about €35 each, a bit expensive for the quality. The service was a bit slow and inattentive.

Nice, clean place, unfortunately the battilarda di terra (appetizer for two) is overpriced for what it offers. A must-try experience for those who love pizza al pala.

Very nice place, very kind staff, we stopped for lunch after our trip home, authentic food and excellent cuisine.
Normal prices, I highly recommend it.

Excellent fried food, dry, and crispy! Being a lake fish, it's very good!
I'd read a review that didn't recommend it. Since I'm a pastry chef and have fried food in 47 years, I think it deserves 5 stars!
