Il Libertyno In Noto

This place is a fantastic find in the heart of Noto. I visited for a spontaneous dinner at the beginning of August 2024. Although it's not located on the main street, the atmosphere captures the classic Baroque charm that Noto is known for. 🏺 Situated on a side street off Via Roma, the location is easily accessible by foot. The staff is professional and attentive, eager to meet customer needs. They were very helpful in guiding me through the menu and demonstrated flexibility in accommodating special requests. I ordered the exceptional tuna with pistachios and onions (see the photo), a delightful blend of authentic flavors that paired perfectly with a glass of good wine. The salad with tomatoes, red onions, and ricotta salata was also a standout, offering a perfect combination for a satisfying dinner. The prices were fair, especially considering the quality of the food. I recommend booking in advance, as the limited seating tends to fill up quickly during dinner hours. Overall, this is a must-visit spot for a relaxed and enjoyable dinner in Noto, away from the crowds of the main street. ✔️

On via Pirri, a stone's throw from Noto cathedral, a very nice place. Not very abundant but quality platter and very good Negronis.

Excellent restaurant and bar in the center of Noto for Sicilian tapas and drinks. Among the favorite dishes are aubergine meatballs and orange salad; very fresh products and good selection of wines. Super friendly and welcoming staff, we will be back on our next visit!

I wanted to try again, with a Wine bar restaurant... given yesterday's not too satisfactory experience. Via Google (which by the way I had also used yesterday without finding positive feedback... It happens!!) !!! I'll start by talking about the service: attentive and thoughtful "at the win bar yesterday I had a tasting of cured meats and cheeses (€29)" lowercase. I try this one from LIBERTYNO (€14) which is definitely more filling, 2 of us ate there Promoted! Excellent wines To conclude Quality aperitif dinner At a very fair price. Back for the third time, always safe. Well-made cocktails, well-made dishes and friendly, attentive service. Located in a side street of Noto, you are in the center but without being surrounded by various people. Excellent value for money.

Belli i tavolini all'aperto e molto cordiale il servizio. Scegliamo 4 cicchetti/tapas accompagnati da calici di bianco. Ottime le polpette di melanzane, le acciughe sui crostini, le sardine e la ricotta impanate. Prezzo adeguato all'offerta.

Abbiamo cenato in questo posto in cerca di un localino per poter mangiare qualcosa di semplice. Abbiamo mangiato dei panini a menù veramente particolari e ben creati, tutto bene assemblato e sapientemente ricercato come ci sapeva spiegare la proprietaria che si coniugava perfettamente col servizio ineccepibile e la simpatia nonché cortesia dei dipendenti. Molto consigliato una tappa da provare
