It's always an extraordinary experience!
I've been coming here for several years now, and the quality never disappoints.
The atmosphere is unique and exceptional, and the owner, Luca, is a fantastic person, always ready to explain the dish and ask if the dinner is going well.
The set menu consists of several appetizer courses, a first course, a second course, and dessert.
The fish is excellent quality, and you can taste its freshness in every bite.
The portions, while not huge, are perfectly balanced: you'll leave feeling full but light at the end of the meal.
A definitely worth-trying experience, I highly recommend it to anyone who loves fish.

I'll start by saying that, due to lack of time and sometimes laziness, I'm not used to reviewing places I eat, but this time I really wanted to take five minutes to give a positive review of this place where I dined last night with my wife and 9-year-old son.
The quality of the ingredients used is definitely above average. For seafood lovers, this is a place you absolutely must discover.
We opted for the daily menu, and from appetizers to coffee, every course was a true experience.
Kudos to Luca, the owner, for his hospitality, kindness, and the passion he conveys in every gesture.
Tip: don't miss their panna cotta at the end... a true explosion of flavor!

Total quality at a fair price. Excellent cuisine made with the freshest ingredients and cooked to perfection. From appetizers to desserts, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Excellent service; Luca knows how to pamper you and make you feel at ease straight away. In short, one of the best seafood restaurants I've ever tried. A well-deserved 5 stars. Well done everyone!

We love it! Every time we go to Italy, we make a stop in Collegno to have dinner at Gufo Nero. The food is delicious and you will never be disappointed by the tasting menu with 4 appetizers, 1 first course, 1 second course, dessert, and coffee included. Plus, Luca's welcome and service are perfect! Thanks to him too for making us want to come back every time. Excellent in every way!

Pranzo di Domenica 8 Giugno con 25 soci del Touring Club Italiano. Avevo prenotato con ampio anticipo prefissando il menu e il prezzo. Locale minimalista senza troppe pretese che ha il suo forte nei piatti di pesce a prezzi contenuti.
I commensali hanno espresso unanimemente un giudizio largamente positivo. E' un locale che consiglio a chi si trova nei dintorni di Torino.

Gia alla prenotazione la mia amica dice: davvero gentile, mi è piaciuto l'approccio.
Poi l’accoglienza di Luca e la cortesia e l'acortezza, la descrizione del menu e poi l'assaggio del pesce!! davvero strepitolo, fresco e calibrato accompagnato da un greco di tufo. polpo morbidissimo e mix antiasti da provare!! ricciola raffinata.
Pannacotta con caramello salato da svenimento. Ci torneremo
