Luckily, we found a table at this very busy restaurant, and I recommend making a reservation! Our expectations were met. This beautiful location near the Monopoli port was truly amazing. The food was delicious and plentiful, so much so that we took what we didn't finish home. The staff were very quick and friendly! The price was average for the place! Excellent wine selection! If you're passing by, you have to try it!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary. We felt pampered by the two ladies in the dining room. They even recommended some dishes off the menu, and the entire meal was fresh and original. A truly excellent and delicious dinner for two. The service, with taralli and refined bread, already promised a wonderful continuation of the meal. Our first course was "calamarata alla cuzzlecchje," which returned to the kitchen sparkling clean, well-polished by the inevitable mopping up of the bread. Refined and very tasty. For the second course, we couldn't miss the mixed fried fish, very light and flavorful. We added a side of baked potatoes cooked in a terrine with cherry tomatoes, olives, and rosemary; all the flavors were evident. Truly delicious. Excellent work in the kitchen. Well done! I'd also like to mention the dining room staff, who were kind, helpful, and professional. We asked for recommendations on a wine to pair with our dinner, and the result was excellent. Well done to them, too. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.

I've been going to Il Guazzetto since it opened. I've never changed restaurants since. If I have to dine out (which is quite often), I only book at this restaurant, where Mario and Francesco have never disappointed me. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It would be too easy to recommend it. Just try it. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I found this place just amazing! An incredibly authentic Italian restaurant, packed with Italians, noisy, busy, but with this special touch, incredible service, and the food!!!! Not from this world!! A must visit place when in the area.
