Locale molto bello e caratteristico con l'aggiu8nta di un camino accesso fantastico. Sono stato in un giorno di grande affluenza, era il 1 gennaio 2025, il servizio è stato velocissimo, dopo pochi minuti avevamo già fatto l'ordine ed avevamo l'acqua a tavola. Tutti molto veloci e gentili. L'ambiente vale veramente la pena viverlo, in una vecchia stalla tutta in pietra completamente ristrutturata con molta cura. Chi va in questi posti non può chiedere nè una zuppa di pesce nè un piatto gurmet ma solo piatti squisitamente locali. Talmente soddisfatto che abbiamo deciso di ritornarvi presto.

Up to the starters everything was ok. Reserved table online where requested, good quality appetizers, excellent ricotta. For the first courses we wait an hour, they arrive cold and seriously below expectations. Grilled meat without infamy and without praise. Maybe a little more salt in the first courses and especially in the second courses (you can't taste the roast without salt). Account ok. Not

Ristorante semplicemente fantastico! La sala è bellissima e caratteristica è si abbina davvero benissimo al paesello che è uno dei nostri preferiti in Abruzzo. Il personale è cordiale e i piatti squisiti. Complimenti, torneremo ogni volta che saremo a Civitella.

Quality raw materials, friendly and fast staff, characteristic environment. Without a reservation (which I still recommend), we waited just 15 minutes, even though it was full. Exceptional wild boar and mixed meat, as are the side dishes. For those in the area it is definitely a must!

Cuisine respecting tradition, wide range of first courses, excellent condiments for both porcini mushrooms and venison. Grilled roast with perfectly cooked lamb. Friendly staff and fair value for money

Stuff that you won't be able to get up from your chair because of how much good stuff they bring you!!! Crazy food. Space. I would struggle to choose a dish. I had dinner three nights in a row at this restaurant and had a wonderful meal every night. Highly recommended.

A really nice typical place, a very characteristic place, well furnished. Well organized menu and truly quality cuisine. Cured meats and cheeses were certainly very good, the only flaw was the baked potatoes which were really full of oil. Very courteous service.

A PLEASANT DISCOVERY Very nice and well-kept restaurant with typical traditional Abruzzo dishes that are really good and prepared with care and dedication. The service is impeccable, both the owner and the staff are super kind and helpful. Absolutely recommended!

22/01/2025: Every time I'm in the area or passing through I MUST stop at this establishment. It's true that the hotel isn't the most modern, but in 6 years I've never found anything out of place. Always spotless, with excellent services and the restaurant is the icing on the cake. A simple and simply delicious cuisine. The restaurant service deserves 6 stars, unfortunately the maximum is 5... Keep it up!! :)
08/01/2025: We didn’t stay at the hotel but just stopped for lunch on our way to Rome. A friend recommended this restaurant and it was a welcomed recommendation. The food is excellent as well as the service. This was our first time to try this place but it won’t be our last. Can highly recommend this restaurant. Everything was tasty.
