Truly charming place, pleasant and attentive staff! The friendly owner makes you feel as if you were at home, confidential as if you were a long-time customer, "instead it was the first time" we will definitely be back.

Informal and very welcoming environment, friendly and approachable staff, traditional and tasty dishes: a restaurant that I would gladly return to and that I would happily recommend! PS a delicious ribollita!

Top-notch restaurant. Simple and very welcoming place frequented by locals. Cuisine based on the preparation of well-prepared and tasty typical local dishes (I recommend the strascinati). Excellent service. Unbeatable value for money. When I have the opportunity to revisit Città di Castello, this Trattoria will again be my stop for a good meal.

Trattoria con i fiocchi. Locale semplice e molto accogliente frequentato da gente del posto. Cucina basata su preparazione di piatti tipici locali ben preparati e gustosi (consiglio gli strascinati). Servizio eccellente. Rapporto qualità prezzo insuperabile. Quando avrò opportunità di rivisitare città di castello sarà di nuovo la mia sosta per un pasto.

23/12/2024: INCREDIBLE! My family and I (celiac) stopped here for lunch after trying to find a gluten free restaurant between Perugia and Viterbo and wow am I glad this is what we picked. Everything that we ordered was great. They informed me that almost the entire menu could be made gluten free. We ordered a mixed fried appetizer that included things like sage, apples, zucchini flowers, and rice balls. For our meals we got their carbonara with artichokes gluten free and two orders of the pork with salted caramel sauce. For dessert my dad had the pan seared panettone with homemade cream and limoncello and I had the gluten free no bake cheesecake with wild berry topping. Everything was amazing but the caramel pork really stole the show in all of our opinions and is possibly one of the best dishes we've ever had. I was so lucky to find somewhere so ready to accommodate my gluten free diet and would love to pass back by here in warmer months to enjoy their beautiful terrace!
21/12/2024: Lovely place, very kind and competent staff, the cuisine is excellent and the pizza is one of the best I've ever eaten!!! Highly recommended!!!
