Very good and plentiful food, exquisite pork. Attentive and precise service. Beautiful location, very unique. Be wary of negative reviews, it's worth going there. When we return to the area we will stop by here again

The restaurant is located on the Golgo plateau, we used the accommodations that are 100 meters from the restaurant.
Completely immersed in the nature of the Supramonte, the structure looks like an old renovated sheepfold, with stones in the driveway and on the walls and juniper wood in the ceilings. The rooms are simple, rustic, and have everything you need, hairdryer, bed linen and air conditioning.
Breakfast is varied and is served in a large common area.
Everything is immersed in a splendid garden shaded by olive trees, long wooden tables on which to sit and listen to the silence, interrupted by the sounds of cowbells in the distance ... because on this plateau the animals are grazing.
The managers are very helpful and very kind but not intrusive and this makes the stay even more pleasant.
From here you can easily start either directly on foot or using the car for short stretches some of the most beautiful excursions to do in Sardinia. (Cala Goloritzè, Cala Mariolu).

A good evening, very typical (we fell on the same evening as the hunting association evening, there was singing and music). Good quality and quantity food.

Excellent restaurant, the dishes are many and refined, this was the only place in the Baunei area that had the typical Sardinian pig without us having to book. There were 3 of us and we had 2 appetizers with cured meats and goat's cheeses (exceptional!) 3 portions of suckling pig, 3 side dishes of baked vegetables and a bottle of canonau and water, spending around €50 each. If you want to taste typical Sardinian cuisine in a beautiful natural setting like the Golgo plateau, this is the right place!

Atteggiamento un po troppo "borghese" da parte del personale, ma non perché non ci stia un po di stile, ma semplicemente per il fatto che in quell ambiente, in quel contesto era a dir poco una forzatura, siate voi stessi, la spontaneità e genuinità delle persone molte volte è decisamente più apprezzata di qualsiasi cosa.
Ma veniamo alla cena (premetto che nel complesso non era male) ma c'è stata un presa in giro che non mi è piaciuta, maialetto con patate arrosto come contorno, bene il contorno c'è costato ben 80 euro.

Ho capito che siamo bella blu zone, però ragazzi le patate son patate, e da unico sardo nel tavolo mi sono imbarazzato nel leggere quei 80€ per una vassoio di patate arrosto messo a centro tavola.
Direi che in quel contesto ambientale tra i più belli in assoluto nell isola, con un cibo genuino che quella terra può dare, con un pochino più di onestà si potrebbero fare grandi cose.
Mi dispiace ma non credo di ritornare o se tornerò spero ci si sia messi un po in carreggiata.
