After traveling a long inland road in Sardinia, we arrived at this wonderful, isolated restaurant. Since it's not exactly easy to get to, I recommend calling before arriving to avoid missing out. It's a truly charming and quaint place. Unfortunately, despite making a reservation, we weren't welcomed as we'd hoped. They wouldn't give us a table on the small terrace, which remained empty forever (they gave it to us because someone was already there!), while they wanted to give us a table just outside the terrace entrance. We finally managed to get a table a little further out of the way. Perhaps for this very reason, the waitress didn't seem too enthusiastic about serving my girlfriend and me. She didn't know much about wine, but that wasn't what surprised or displeased us more, like the lack of many dishes on the menu, but rather the welcome. I think knowing how to treat a customer is the foundation of anyone in this profession. Fortunately, the manager, who was very attentive, understanding, and helpful, cheered up the evening a bit. I absolutely recommend going there and maybe I'll go back too hoping to try some other dishes

Stunning location with a beautiful view of the mountains, very professional and friendly staff. The prices are in line with the very high quality of their products. We had a wonderful meal, with appetizers and first courses featuring traditional and unique flavors, everything delicious.

A culinary summary of Sardinia through top-quality products expertly prepared daily by Maria's expert hand. It has nothing to envy from the more renowned restaurants in Ogliastra, which, in order to please the masses, sacrifice quality. It's worth the climb to the plateau.
The waiters are kind and extremely helpful, and then the view and the enchanting silence... you wish it would never end, even when the light gives way to the stars.
Everything is rigorously managed by a young and enterprising Gianluca, who, following in the footsteps of his legendary and tireless father Silvano, innovates, improves, and pampers his guests with passion and devotion.
Not to mention the sheepfold "su barraccu del golgo," beds nestled in nature with simple and essential rooms, the crowning glory of a magical weekend when you truly want to unplug.

A charming place, excellent food with wonderful gluten-free options. We tried the culurgiones (with and without gluten) and the roast suckling pig, which we ordered when we booked, both delicious. The dinner ended beautifully with the seadas, also gluten-free.

Excellent restaurant. We ordered two traditional first courses, the suckling pig (pre-ordered at the time of booking) is highly recommended, it truly melts in your mouth.
If you want to taste traditional Sardinian cuisine in a beautiful, natural setting, you're in the right place!

Very good and plentiful food, exquisite pork. Attentive and precise service. Beautiful location, very unique. Be wary of negative reviews, it's worth going there. When we return to the area we will stop by here again
