Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for visiting the historic center. Friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room, panoramic views of the greenery, impeccable cleanliness, excellent buffet breakfast, delightful garden overlooking the Roman Theater. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel and I have to say I was satisfied. The suite was clean and large, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent! The only downside was the hotel parking, which was a bit expensive, especially the daily cost of a car.

The Hotel dei Duchi in Spoleto is a good hotel: located in the center, next to the Roman theater, it exudes a welcoming and friendly atmosphere with helpful and qualified staff. The continental breakfast is excellent and good value. The hotel parking is limited and costs €13 per day.

The hotel is not bad, the room is air-conditioned, but the internal parking is very small. It costs €13 per day (reservation required), or you can walk a bit for €8. Public parking costs €15 per day, but there's no free parking. The hotel is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so you have to be careful when arriving. In theory, you can just walk past the signs.

Located in the heart of Spoleto, yet easily accessible by car, the facilities have been renovated without losing their classic charm.

Hotel very well looked after in detail, the room very spacious, all quite dated but nothing lacking in comfort. The owner is very present in resolving every request. The staff is well trained in kindness and helpfulness. The meeting room and business dinners for large groups is very large and has excellent acoustics. Breakfast is international with the particularity of fresh, typical local desserts. The parking is small, but sufficient for customers' cars. The hotel is located in the historic center.

A really well organized hotel, with very kind and always helpful staff. The room was clean, tidy and welcoming. We really enjoyed the dinner, plentiful and of excellent quality. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, ideal for getting around easily. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience that I absolutely recommend.
