Agriristoro: A somewhat overused term in its genre... ... But at "il giardino" you'll find the true essence! The delightful hosts welcome you into their home and make you feel like a "family guest" from the moment you arrive. The place is beautiful, inside, out, and all around. The small outdoor garden and the little furry friends Piero and Gino complete the picture. The chef is truly brilliant: she offers daily diners a "fixed menu for THAT day ONLY," which the first person to call decides based on what's fresh on offer... You always land on your feet! Freshness and authenticity are the watchwords: from the garden vegetables in the appetizer to the Portuguese milk in the grandmother's dessert! Everything was so good that the photos didn't even reach the main courses (roasted suckling pig and fried mushrooms... By the way!!) and stopped at what were the best and most heartwarming homemade ravioli I've ever eaten. Everything was excellent, even down to the bitter taste. The price was very fair for the experience, and I'll see you next time!

We were there last night and were greeted by a family-friendly, informal atmosphere that's hard to find. The menu is the same for everyone. The appetizer immediately won us over, and the other dishes were a confirmation: simple, authentic, and homemade with locally sourced ingredients. The portions are generous and the prices are fair. They were very kind and accommodating to our one-year-old's needs. We'll definitely be back!

We went last night for the first time, intrigued by the excellent reviews the place has. I can confirm the excellent home cooking, the kindness and friendliness of the owners. They take care of everything and look after you until the end. Their dogs were so welcoming; they kept us company throughout the entire dinner. The place is spectacular... A paradise surrounded by greenery, far from everything. Recommended for those who love nature, tranquility, and above all, good food. Added to the list of places we'll definitely return to. 👍

Unforgettable dinner! The welcome was exceptional, both from the gentleman who managed the tables and from the chef! The food was impeccable, all locally sourced and with spectacular flavors. The portions were more than generous, and for the more adventurous, they even allowed for seconds, which the chef asked for several times! We'll definitely be back!

Finding the words to describe the love, passion, dedication, care, research, and dedication that goes into every dish is not easy. The other reviews speak for themselves, so I think it almost goes without saying that the food here is great. In fact, I'd like to focus on another aspect that struck me deeply when I visited this place: Ida in the kitchen and Aldo in the dining room have an unimaginable level of attention to each and every person, something I've never seen in any other super-exclusive place. They bend over backwards to make everyone feel welcome, their every need heard. Are you a mom? You'll find a changing table, high chair, and special dishes and glasses, to name just a few. Every wish or need, to the extent possible, and sometimes even more, will be fulfilled. Even the ones you didn't know you had! And that's not to be taken for granted!! Here, the menu includes so much more than just good, healthy, and delicious food! People are cared for! Believe me when I say they give their all to make people happy; seeing them leave satisfied is all they want! It's a privilege, in my opinion, to be able to enjoy this kind of attention that no one gives you these days! And now the only thing left to say is to try it and believe it... You'll see, you'll think: that reviewer was right...

Home restaurant nella campagna toscana ( obbligatoria la prenotazione durante la quale si scelgono le pietanze). Ida è un'ottima cuoca ( noi abbiamo assaggiato antipasti a km 0; fettuccine al ragù di cinta senese; pollo/ cinghiale e gelato). Cena apparecchiata in uno splendido giardino , ida e aldo ci hanno accolto come degli ospiti (accoglienza calorosa anche per i nostri 2 cani). Giusto rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Decisamente consigliato.
