Fantastic terrace overlooking the lake. Excellent food; highly recommended are the slow-cooked egg and the pike. The waiters are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the price is reasonable for the quality of the dishes and the location. I'll be back.

The location was truly beautiful, the panoramic terrace exceptional. The food was very good; we liked some dishes more than others, but overall it was truly delicious. What I was disappointed with was the service. I had booked weeks in advance and specifically requested a table near the terrace, but when I arrived, it hadn't been reserved for me. This disappointed me, but after some discussion, we managed to get it. Regarding the service, I found one of the waitresses a bit intrusive; we were there with a couple of friends who didn't speak Italian. In my opinion, the waitress was a bit too talkative; she often interrupted our conversations, somewhat cutting off our friends who didn't understand what she was saying. While I understand she was trying to be friendly, I still didn't particularly appreciate this attitude. Aside from this comment about the service, the food was excellent.

This restaurant deserves a 5-star review! The food was delicious and of high quality. A lot of care was put into the preparation and presentation of the dishes. Even the homemade sandwich was delicious. The restaurant looks modern and luxurious. The view of the lake is also very romantic. The service was excellent, and the staff spoke fluent English.

A huge disappointment. We chose the location to celebrate a special occasion based on Google reviews, which unfortunately weren't confirmed. The perch risotto tasted overwhelmingly of vinegar, was practically cold, and the fish was undercooked, not smothered in liquid, and completely tasteless. The turbot we ordered for the main course was practically raw and inedible. The overall attentive service was in keeping with the restaurant's caliber. The food quality was definitely not. Beautiful lake views from the panoramic terrace.

We spent a week in Mandello del Lario and went here for dinner three times. It’s a very special place. The atmosphere is magical with serene views of the water, the food is the refined Italian cuisine you want with a little innovative twist. The staff is professional, charming and fun. Highly, highly recommend!

Excellent cuisine that is worth the asking price

Magnifico. Periodicamente frequento il locale. Per il pranzo di Pasqua ci siamo sentiti coccolati, solito servizio impeccabile e per quanto riguarda le portate…..perfette. Non aggiungo altro, bastano le foto che potrete vedere.

Tuvimos un gran tiempo en Ristorante Il Giardinetto. El servicio fue agradable y el personal fue muy amable, haciéndonos sentir como en casa desde el momento en que llegamos. La comida estaba deliciosa y bien preparada, y las vistas eran absolutamente impresionantes, un telón de fondo perfecto para una comida relajante. El ambiente era cálido y acogedor. Muy recomendable!
