My birthday dinner with my husband Claudio, a couple of times a year, on special occasions we like to be pampered with the dishes and wines of the Galeone restaurant in Fano... What can I say? It's always an emotion.... Last night we opted for the appetizer tasting route... One better than the other, a marvel of flavors accompanied by just the right amount of fresh Venetian bubbles... The dishes packaged with mastery of colors and flavors that you can hardly forget... The pre-dessert a cloud... And then the surprise... The candle arrived as a surprise on the magnificent tiramisu with a unique and different flavor than usual!!! I will never stop praising the impeccable but at the same time approachable service, competent guys who are attentive to everything but joking and who know how to play the customer's game... I had the pleasure of dining at the "il galeone" restaurant and I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the culinary experience offered. The welcoming and refined atmosphere made the evening truly pleasant from the moment I entered. The service was impeccable, the staff were courteous and attentive to every detail. Speaking of the dishes, I can only praise the chef for the mastery with which he was able to combine flavors and presentation. Each course was an explosion of taste, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend trying their dishes. Finally, the dessert was the perfect finishing touch to a beachfront dinner

We went with friends for the Raw Seafood Evening. All dishes very good. Fresh fish and interesting combinations. The wine list is also rich and varied. However, I must report a service that was not at all up to par. The courses were hastily brought one after the other without even breathing. The table was full and they continued to fill us with dishes so much so that they had to stop because there was no more space. Waiters sometimes not very well trained.

Very nice restaurant. Excellent cuisine with fish-based dishes. Very good service with waiters describing each dish to you. Good prices. It is the best restaurant in Fano

Wednesday for lunch. Excellent welcome, kind and attentive staff. Not intrusive. And above all you eat divinely! Varied and excellent quality starter dish. Excellent broth with very fresh fish. And very worthy raw dishes. All accompanied by excellent wine recommended by them. A very pleasant discovery. Worth the trip.

The Galeone is the symbol of a certain level of catering in Fano, the dishes are very carefully prepared, the raw materials are refined and the dishes are very creative, however there are also dishes that respect tradition Fish dominates the menu The style of the restaurant is very particular, it feels like eating inside a luxurious gulet while being transported by the flat waves of the sea The staff is very organized and helpful Top

Siamo tornati oggi dopo qualche mese, ed abbiamo scelto di provare nuovi piatti che non avevamo mai assaggiato prima. Che dire..ogni portata aveva un effetto wow per il palato e per il gusto. In ogni piatto si sente la dedizione e la competenza di altissimo livello dello chef e nonchè l'amore messo e la cura in ogni preparazione. Torneremo sicuramente e complimenti anche allo staff, sempre speciale cordiale e paziente con tutti.

Cucina buonissima di alta qualità. Siamo stati a pranzo e cena abbiamo mangiato sempre pesce ed era sempre fresco. Fanno tutto loro anche il pane e grissini. L antipasto molto sfizioso e il pesce grigliato di livello altissimo. Consiglio vivamente

31/08/2024: A beautiful discovery. The place is surrounded by nature, with outdoor tables and a panoramic view. Traditional fish cuisine with great attention to presentation. Excellent quality and excellent flavours. And great kindness, which is the best of side dishes.
28/08/2024: I had dinner in this beautiful place overlooking the panorama, with some friends. Very beautiful and evocative location with a view of the sea. We took the tasting menu with matching glasses, The food didn't seem anything incredible to us, certainly good, but the expectations were certainly higher; we ate in order, chef's entree, appetizer with steamed prawns (of the 4 dishes in degu, certainly the one I liked least, very basic and not full of flavour), passatelli with courgettes and prawns (waited for almost 1 hour, the sauce is a little loose compared to the pasta.....no), slice of swordfish (good) and finally as a dessert peaches and mascarpone foam (excellent) The service could have been better, in my opinion the worst of the evening, not very attentive and very detached. no presentation of the matching wines and minimal for the dishes...also the problem in the service of the first course, waited for almost an hour, after they served us the glass in stock, without anyone stopping to ask for anything. Considering that we spent €70 each for the 4 courses and 3 paired glasses, I am not satisfied in terms of expectations but also in terms of the relationship between the price paid and what we ate.
