Il Gabriello In Roma

Wow. Beautiful restaurant in a wine cellar from the 17th century. All the staff is extended family. The service is friendly and stellar. We had a sea bass dish that was out of this world. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Go! You will not be disappointed.

We dined here based on his recommendation, and it was hands-down one of the best meals we had during our trip to Rome. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel like old friends. They recommended we let the chef surprise us with their off-menu extravaganza, and we’re so glad we did! From start to finish, each course was a revelation: fresh seafood, handmade pastas, rich, flavorful sauces, and a perfectly paired selection of local wines. Il Gabriello, a restaurant where you can still eat well in Rome. I had been a guest of a friend of mine from the entertainment world about a year ago and I had eaten divinely. I returned yesterday and I must say that the level is still the same... top! The all-Italian staff is very kind and professional, the cuisine is refined and of great taste. The raw materials are of great quality. The wine list is very good Highly recommended are the maritozzi burrata and anchovies If you pass by Via della Vittoria go.... you will go down the steps to go up to Heaven Bravi Bravi bravi

Very nice meal. They provided the bread which they made by themselves. The bread was crazily awesome. We ordered the octopus, black spaghetti and one paccheri. All food are excellent, although the pasta was a bit too al dente for us. And when checking the bill, they provided two cookies - again, the cookies were very yummy. We paid a total of $88 at the end. Tho It is a bit expensive for two people, the dishes are too delicious and they worth the price.
