We went here for an aperitivo with the €20 per person deal, which included a cocktail and two dishes of your choice (as pictured). Service was prompt and courteous. The salmon pitas were very flavorful and tender. The fish carpaccio was good, but not impressive. The place has potential, but the view is perhaps not the most impressive in Rome.
The atmosphere could use a refresh, and many areas are showing signs of aging. Perhaps with a story to tell, this place, which has seen so many revolutions, could find its rebirth.

A dinner in the clouds
"An unforgettable experience on the 14th floor. The 360-degree view of Rome at sunset is breathtaking and worth the price of dinner alone. The atmosphere is elegant and the service impeccable, never intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed the high-end cuisine in an iconic location. The dishes are meticulously crafted, not only in taste but also in presentation. The ingredients are excellent, especially the fish. The wine list is well-stocked with interesting labels. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

This restaurant, built in the 1970s, sits atop the 14th floor of the "mushroom" Eurozone building, and retains period furnishings. It's a bit dated and in need of renovation, but the overall impact isn't very positive. The view of the city is beautiful. The service was fairly relaxed and professional. The food (seafood-based cuisine with fairly generous, though not very varied, raw and cooked fish appetizers) is fresh, but the portions of the first courses are somewhat limited. The wine list is good, but prices are decidedly overpriced, especially for wines from Lazio. The main courses are also above average.

The food was good, but we definitely expected more, with more unique or gourmet dishes, but still delicious.
