Excellent traditional Cingola dishes. Stefania and her husband are priceless

Right inside the historic center of Cingoli, known as ''the balcony of the Marche'', one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, there is this special trattoria! Special first of all for the welcome, the kindness, for the vastness of typical products they have on the menu, but especially for the tranquility because it is located right in the alleys. Also convenient for taking a walk along the main street until you reach the town square! I have celiac disease and I can assure you that they were not unprepared!! I don't take all this for granted because many times, despite living in Rome, I find myself in restaurants that when I report my problem, I am left unprepared. So for all the people who are celiac and therefore want a nice plate of pasta... at TRATTORIA IL FOCOLARE in Cingoli they are ready to welcome you!!

We were guests for mid-August lunch, and we ate local dishes made with fresh and artisanal products, therefore of excellent quality and we were satisfied with this restaurant, thank you 👍

Welcoming, dishes prepared with care and presented with passion by Stefania, you feel like you are in a friend's house. Ravioli with sheep's ricotta and rabbit in porchetta really excellent, fair price, absolutely recommended.

Il posto è carino ed accogliente. Personale gentile. Le pietanze ci hanno un po’ lasciato a desiderare perché non particolarmente “tradizionali” ma neanche suggestive o innovative. Ci si aspetta tutt’altro entrando, proprio perché l’atmosfera induce a pensare a piatti tipici. Prezzi non proprio bassi ma sicuramente in linea con la qualità. Nulla da eccepire infatti sulla genuinità delle portate bensì sui sapori e sulla loro armonicita’.

L’ospitalità della signora Stefania è squisita, la camera pulitissima e il panorama sui tetti di Cingoli mozzafiato. Il Focolare merita il massimo della valutazione.
