Excellent local products accompanied by excellent wines, Marisa the perfect host. Place in the center ideal for a break, aperitif or complete meals. Shop with vacuum-packed products to take home as perfect souvenirs. I will definitely come back!

All very good. High quality products.
I don't give 5 but 4 stars because, in my opinion, the sandwiches are filled so much that they are difficult to eat (you need a knife and fork because they cannot be eaten with your hands).
I would stuff them less and reduce the price (€13 for a sandwich with stracciatella, mortadella and pesto is really a lot, especially if you have to throw away half of it since you can't eat it all at once and the stracciatella is moist and therefore the sandwich becomes inedible afterwards a couple of hours).
The girl at the counter was very nice.

Increíble burata fresca y sándwich de pesto recién hecho. Aceite de oliva puro y pan homeade. En una calle lateral lejos de las manadas de tours y trampas turísticas. Auténtico y una visita obligada a Matera. Además, debes probar el vino de la zona con tu comida. También hacen catas de vinos y quesos.
