Dining at Il Fiammifero Strano was one of the most memorable meals we had in Rome. The atmosphere feels less like a restaurant and more like stepping into a welcoming Roman home.
What made the experience special was the hospitality. The owner personally came to our table, made excellent recommendations, and ensured we experienced the best of the menu. That kind of genuine attention reflects the true spirit of Roman hospitality.

We stopped after visiting Villa Borghese, super hungry, and we ate very well. The staff were helpful, the atmosphere was nice, and the price was fair and super accessible to everyone. I recommend the extraordinary cacio e pepe served in a parmesan crust to everyone. 🫠🤤🤤

Amazing! We had great fresh pasta, pizza and pastry here! The best lunch we had in Roma on your stay! I would came back gladly everyday to have lunch here! The owner of the place is super friendly and an interesting person to talk with! Thank you thank you!

This place was amazing. Four of us, and every single item was great. Homemade pasta and lasagne. Pizzas were amazing. Owner was incredibly friendly and we did a couple bottles of the wine he makes - it was great as well. Awesome dessert selection, and all handmade
