Everything was very good, succulent and plentiful. My only complaint: it's a shame the waitress wasn't very happy with her service; perhaps she wasn't having a good day. Arriving with the glasses, she quickly went around the table and set the glasses down without even stopping. Hasty and unfriendly. Thank goodness the owner went around the tables and asked if everything was to our liking.

Recommended by the B&B owner, and I must say we've always had excellent food. Typical dishes like strangozzi with truffles or gnocchi with Sagrantino are a must-try, as are the grilled meats prepared in the fireplace in the center of the room. The service was impeccable, with minimal wait times, and they're happy to accommodate even the most unlikely requests. It's an excellent place for both romantic dinners and groups. I've seen that even though it's not huge, there's plenty of room for a nice table with friends.

An exceptional discovery in the heart of Montefalco! Ristorante Il Falisco was one of those experiences that stays in your heart and makes you wish you'd discovered it sooner. ​The restaurant is a true dive into history, a traditional and historic setting that envelops you in an authentic and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. ​The food is nothing short of excellent. The tagliatelle with mushrooms was a true delight, with a flavorful sauce and fresh mushrooms. The grilled meat also lived up to expectations, tender and cooked to perfection. But the real surprise, the dish that won us over, were the snails grilled with charcoal: a unique and delicious specialty, a dish not easily found and absolutely worth the experience. ​A great added value is the host, who is also the owner. With kindness and passion, he shared the fascinating history of the place with us, transforming our dinner into a moment not only of taste, but also of culture and human warmth. His hospitality and love for tradition are palpable and made the experience unforgettable. ​In short, Il Falisco is a place where excellent cuisine blends with a fascinating history and rare hospitality. Typical Umbrian restaurant with a panoramic terrace. Overall, the terrace is quite nice, but let's get to the service: the waitress was lazy, between being annoyed and saying "don't bother me" to get a beer. I waited a quarter of an hour, several dishes were unavailable, but the biggest flaw was finding a dish for the children: no cutlet, no hamburger, no pasta with sauce, no French fries. In the end, we had to settle for fettuccine with cream. The positive thing is that the price of the same was very cheap, while the rest of the dishes were a blessing and a curse. Some things were good for the quality and price, others less so.

We happened to be passing through this area and discovered this restaurant. We were impressed by everything: first and foremost, the kindness and extreme courtesy of the waitress, the quality of the products (despite the set menu), and lastly, the restaurant's location (the outdoor area offers a stunning view). Great value, congratulations! We'll definitely be back!

Set back a few meters from the main avenue, Falisco doesn't seem like a particularly attractive place at first glance, but once you're seated, you realize the food is king. Two exceptional off-menu first courses, two delicious desserts, coffee, water, and a half-liter of wine for €42. Excellent, I'd say. Very friendly staff and fast service. I absolutely recommend it!

We happened upon the Falisco restaurant in Montefalco today for lunch, and it was a pleasant discovery. Outdoor seating in the shade, quiet and breezy, rich and tasty appetizers. We had first courses with REAL truffles, which were not only delicious but also plentiful. The service was excellent and the prices fair. Keep up the good work, see you next time.

Mi sono fermata a pranzo con amici al ristorante “il Falisco” di Montefalco. Il locale era pieno ma Cristian con grande disponibilità e cortesia ci ha creato un posto per rimanere tutti e 5, oltretutto in un unico tavolo. Abbiamo scelto i menu a prezzi fissi (tra 2 di primi o di carne alla brace) ottimi, con porzioni abbondanti e con un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Ristorante consigliatissimo per chi cerca un posto accogliente, con personale sempre sorridente, professionale e con cibo ottimo. Un grazie anche a Candida.
