Every time I come to Montefalco it's a pleasure to eat at Sergio's

Sitting at Falisco in front of the fireplace is already a beautiful visual experience in itself. Then, if the wood starts to burn and someone opens the refrigerator, takes out the lamb and starts grilling it, then you can't help but think that things are settling down nicely. Here comes the strengozzi with truffles and then that lamb a scottadito that melts in your mouth and is a pleasure. All accompanied by a half liter of red, which goes down without a hitch. Can you ask for anything else? Just a little coffee and then off to the hills of Montefalco to keep the wind company. Polite, hospitable and very friendly service, fair price, what else to say, well done, to return.

Typical atmosphere fireplace always lit for the embers waitress available for a small off-menú...We took ragu, truffle and asparagus variation off-menú...truffle gramigna, a spectacular fillet with Sagrantino and a dessert of cream and strawberry pastry. Very honest prices, only the fillet was worth the whole bill... Go with the house wine, it's absolutely superlative, remember that we are in Montefalco, the really kind owner offered us coffee, a person of experience and professionalism like no other there is anymore. If I return to Montefalco I will stay there again. Thank you for this experience!!!!

Typical Umbrian restaurant Good food, very good starters, even the lamb, according to my parents, was cooked very well and was cooked well... good quality for the price!! If you want to eat well without too many pretensions I highly recommend this place....

Chosen "at random" for a dinner during a 2-day stay in the area... an easy-going restaurant where friendliness and good food reign supreme! All very good! especially the latter! the owner grills everything live! All at a good price! Advised!

Cozy place with a large fireplace in the middle of the room for grilling, impeccable service, excellent food with quality raw materials. Varied and tasty mixed house starter, I recommend potato and sausage ravioli and house dessert tiramisu made with saiwa golds.

We went on April 25th with 12 people after having clearly booked in advance, and as usual it did not disappoint us (I had already been there other times). Agree for the fixed menu consisting of an endless appetizer with truly excellent products coming from a short supply chain such as cured meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables, bruschetta and above all the coratella which I believe is one of the flagships of the appetizers, and two first courses (handmade ravioli stuffed with sausage and potatoes seasoned with butter and sage and mezzeniche with white ragu) with any meat at the discretion of those who wanted it. Spoiler we were satisfied after the first 2. Dessert and coffee with bitters were included. All-inclusive cost 30 euros each. A couple of praises to the staff, to all the very kind guys, to the cook who when booking was not sure if she would be able to make the coratella and instead did everything possible to satisfy us, thanks to Sergio who, as a good host, made sure of how things were going without being intrusive. Obviously there were the refreshments of the first courses without any problems, at the starters they asked us if we wanted more bruschetta before moving on to the first courses, at a certain point among other things a tray of Sagrantino gnocchi which they had made in addition arrived without any extra charge on their part which was very welcome. The place is highly recommended for those looking for good food, among other things Montefalco is also a beautiful place to visit for those who have never been there. Mi sono fermata a pranzo con amici al ristorante “il Falisco” di Montefalco. Il locale era pieno ma Cristian con grande disponibilità e cortesia ci ha creato un posto per rimanere tutti e 5, oltretutto in un unico tavolo. Abbiamo scelto i menu a prezzi fissi (tra 2 di primi o di carne alla brace) ottimi, con porzioni abbondanti e con un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Ristorante consigliatissimo per chi cerca un posto accogliente, con personale sempre sorridente, professionale e con cibo ottimo. Un grazie anche a Candida.
