Il Falchetto In Roma

Our last night in Roma was topped off beautifully with the find of this little gem. Exquisite service as you may expect in Roma by mature men wearing white jackets & black ties. Food was exceptional, pasta, steak, tiramisu. I highly recommend & look forward to seeing you again on our next visit. Grazie Mille

Quality restaurants and service. We recommend this restaurant, which is not a tourist trap like the others around. The service was incredible. The food too.

The setting first attracted us. In the midst of busy Roma, Il Falchetto appeared on the bend of a small, quiet street, seeming to promise a special experience. Which it truly delivered on both occasions. Dishes were prepared with obvious care - more on that later. For us, the hospitality is equally important to the food & ambiance, both of which were unequaled. Francesco, Alessandro & Valentino made our visits simply delightful. Professional, impeccably attired, knowledgeable & @ the same time warm, funny, friendly and .. sweet, in their way. When they presented the beautiful variety of funghi & listed the special plates the chef used them for, it was easy to opt for the grilled funghi appetizer, each variety with a unique flavor, & the risotto con funghi - an absolute delight for the palate. The ravioli & carbonara were exceptional, roasted artichoke hearts beautifully served & so tender. I had never had cacio e pepe & was SO glad that theirs, w/Madagascar black pepper was my 1st. So good I may never order it again- unless we return! Even tho’ I’ve been fortunate to enjoy some very good food over the years, I don’t pretend to be an expert or gourmand All I can say is I am confident you will not be disappointed if you try this restaurant. Ristorante I’ll Falchetto is a rare gem in the middle of Rome. From the wonderful waiters, Valentino, Alessandro and Francesco to the amazing ambiance, we had two beautiful meals. Highly recommend!!!

This is THE PLACE TO EAT CACIO AND PEPE. Excellent quality for the price. Great atmosphere and service. Don't go anywhere else. Especially not to Tristevere.

What an amazing find, food was incredible, staff friendly and helpful. A must go to if you are in Rome.

So good that we ate here twice in one day. We stumbled upon this Roman cuisine gem by accident. And just wow. Valentino was our server and he was incredibly nice and informative about our menu choices and made great recommendations. We had the lobster tagliatelle, ribeye, and fresh porcini mushrooms. We also ordered the meat and cheese platter to which he told us where each meat and cheese came from based on the regions in Italy. For dessert we opted for the pistachio tiramisu. Francesco made our beef tartare table side during dinner. Ask to sit outside, bc the ambiance is next level. I have no idea how they don’t have a Michelin yet! Prices are reasonable and portions are perfect. Chef’s kiss!

En el centro de Roma pero en una calle bastante tranquila. Me encantó el ambiente y los asientos disponibles afuera (pero si hace calor, asegúrate de llegar temprano o reservar para garantizar un lugar adentro). La comida era deliciosa y con orgullo sirven una amplia variedad de cocina romana. Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestras comidas, lo que junto con un personal atento y encantador hicieron que la experiencia en general fuera muy agradable. Lo recomendaría.

Situado en el corazón del corazón histórico de Roma, pero justo fuera de los caminos trillados, Il Fachetto sirve exquisitos platos romanos clásicos en un ambiente relajado, sin pretensiones y acogedor. El personal era maravillosamente atento y cálido, especialmente con mi hija pequeña. El menú está marcado con alérgenos de manera útil y exhaustiva, y el personal se lanzó para advertir según corresponda qué platos eran incompatibles con los alérgenos conocidos. No puedo recomendarlos lo suficientemente alto - no te arrepentirás de elegir cenar en Il Fachetto.
