I wanted to respond to Mrs. Sara Maniscalco's review. I was there having lunch with some friends when the “argument” happened. The first waitress went to the table and kindly asked if they could move as the table was reserved. The lady rudely immediately replied “oh dear!!!” And the girl, mortified, defended herself... she left almost crying... the second waitress came in and even before speaking she was immediately attacked by the same lady who told her "we're leaving in peace!!! We don't leave your money to you!! You are incompetent"... the girl, at that point, replies that they didn't need their money. If the people who have been coming on holiday for 45 years were a little kinder and more polite, perhaps the people who work would have no problem accommodating them!!! Respect first of all lady!!! And I add that we are all good at writing what we want behind a joke... but when it's right we have to say things as they are... I won't add anything else except that the place deserves 5 stars and the staff 10 for having to put up with people like her!!

We had lunch in the restaurant of this chalet. Mixed and varied menu, with both traditional and classic dishes, so there is something for all tastes. The food is nothing special, there are definitely better restaurants in the area. Fast service and very young staff, therefore also unprofessional. Average prices, but given how we ate, perhaps even a little too high.

We came to Tonale several times, we tried different restaurants, but this was the best by far. We ate very well, the staff was very nice, and to top it off they also took us on a wonderful snowmobile ride, which was great fun and much appreciated. Congratulations indeed!

Non è comune trovare nel 2024, in una struttura come quella del Faita, trovare un Menù con una qualità così alta e con così tanta scelta di piatti. La prima volta che ci sono strato, ci ho impiegato almeno 15 minuti per decidermi da quanto i piatti fossero invitanti. Questo è un MUST del Tonale. Personale preparatissimo e attentissimo ad ogni minimo particolare. Sono posti come questo che risvegliano il piacere di scoprire una cucina tradizionale, e non la deludono mai. Complimenti allo Chef poiché poter garantire così tante portate in una così ampia scelta non è affatto una mansione semplice. Assolutamente da provare il dolce: Polenta con Cioccolato. Complimenti ancora a tutti, orgoglio del Tonale.

Semplicemente tipico e straordinario, personale cortese e veloce, cucina che offre tutti i piatti che ci si aspetta di trovare. La sera il menù offre di più ma è decisamente già abbastanza anche a mezzogiorno. Decisamente consigliato.
