Super fast service, excellent food, and unbeatable value. €35 for 8 appetizers, 3 first courses, and 2 second courses. All portions are small, of course, but it's still very difficult to finish. I highly recommend it. Water and wine are included in the price, as is the sorbet! No coffee or dessert. The atmosphere is very busy, but not to be missed! Also great for small groups.

The restaurant itself is really excellent with many varieties of fish, and they also serve large portions of food. The place is very beautiful with a blue marble floor and its location facing the sea creates a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are very polite.

A must-try experience, as is the fixed-price fish menu for €35. Excellent fish from appetizer to main course. The only flaw, though, was the risotto, which was bland... a shame. Anyway, a positive review, definitely worth a try.

The food is 4 stars, only because I found two dishes I couldn't taste—the zucchini and shrimp risotto and the octopus salad. Everything else was excellent. Maybe next time I go back, the stars will go up to 5. Just my personal opinion.

Ieri sera a cena 22 maggio cercando un ristorante di pesce locale mi sono recaro presso "Il Delfino" .Ragazzi questo splendido locale lo consiglio vivamente a chi viene a Sferracallo a Palermo. I camerieri gentilissimi e simpaticissimi. Il cibo ottimo. Piatti abbondanti, cibo freschissimo e di altissima qualità. Se venite in vacanza da queste parti dovete assolutamente andarci! Voto 10. Sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto.

Eccellente come sempre , ottimo ristorante , personale eccezionale !! Piccolo consiglio , che potrebbe migliorare ancora di più nel menu , il tipo di pasta utilizzato per il Sugo di cernia !! Si potrebbe sostituire !! Ma top come sempre
