We went for the sweet pokè but it was all very good... the veal fillet was very tender and cooked just right, the pizza made in a wood oven was very delicious. Service a little confusing (they brought the pizzas to some of us and others waited while other pizzas arrived at other tables so they were not all brought at the same time). The dessert was something unique….excellent prices

Tonight we had dinner at this place known through istragam. There is a great variety on the menu, the pizza dough was truly exceptional, the staff was really kind and very knowledgeable, and they were able to satisfy us, but above all I would like to compliment the head waitress Angela, who has great preparation in managing customers and tables, and a fantastic girl.

As a family we chose this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary attracted by their videos on social media where they offered dishes in which tradition and exploration of taste were an essential combination. After trying their cuisine I can say, with pleasure, that this combination is their trademark. Upon our arrival the place was welcoming, furnished with a mix of traditional and modern which immediately gave us a sense of comfort. The service staff was also welcoming and proved to be kind, dynamic and attentive to our needs as customers who were visiting this place for the first time. The dining room staff proved capable of managing the enormous internal and external room well without delays or misunderstandings, therefore demonstrating excellent professionalism (at least for the duration of our stay). The cuisine lived up to our expectations not only in the preparation but also in the choice of ingredients. In fact, the chosen starter included a tender and meaty salmon marinated in citrus fruits with peppercorns, an octopus salad with a firm and tasty octopus like the shrimp in cocktail sauce that closed the seafood starter. All characteristics that indicated freshness and first choice of ingredients. To accompany this appetizer, Cucù's revisited sangria proved to be an excellent choice to "wash the mouth" and let it not get used to the dish but renew its taste every time. For the first courses we opted for the fish carbonara and the "brasciola" ravioli in cheese and pepper sauce. And here the combination of tradition and experimentation that I spoke about at the beginning was fully manifested. Delicate, strong or decisive flavors mixed with wisdom capable of making you enjoy two dishes in the same forkful. The first courses chosen by us were an explosion of flavours! In the fish carbonara the egg, bacon and pecorino did not cover but accompanied the black mussels, squid and cuttlefish which, after tasting the earthy flavours, left a pleasant sea aftertaste. As for the ravioli filled with brasciola, it really seemed like we were eating, in a concentrated way, the classic Apulian Sunday dish accompanied by dry pasta but the cheese and pepper sauce moistened the ravioli filling just right, making it velvety on the palate. At dessert we literally capitulated, we ordered the fried pizza poke with Nutella Biscuits, a bomb in every sense! In the end we were full and satisfied with the choice of place. The dishes were right, with strong flavours, sometimes bold but well mixed and I must say that, after having personally met Chef Rossella when paying the bill, I recognize a bit of her character in these dishes, which for me means being in the presence of a chef with great prospects. At such a young age it is certainly not everyone who gives such a strong identity to the dishes. My most sincere compliments go to her not only for her cooking but also for an episode that really pleased me: she managed to find the time to pop her head into the room to check on the situation. This is an indication of his personality and how much he cares about his customers. In conclusion I would highly recommend this place, the choice is truly vast, we will be back to try Nunzio's pizzas which are also characterized by the combination of traditional and modern flavours.

Despite the unbearable heat, it was a fantastic dinner. Pizza with Neapolitan dough one of the best I've ever eaten and above all the main reason why I came here: the pizza poké. Brilliant and delicious. Even though they didn't make them on Saturdays so as not to mess up the pizza chefs, we made them anyway and it was immediately love at first taste. I'll be back sooner or later.

Dovere di un buon ristoratore è evidenziare l’utilizzo di prodotti surgelati, mi riferisco alla carbonara di mare.
