A good restaurant that I would recommend. I had a Simmental Florentine steak, which I wasn't entirely satisfied with because the fat on the outside was too tough, but the meat was still tender. The price was fair (€70/kg). The place is very nice, and the outside seating is very pleasant. Overall, the prices are a bit high.

A historic restaurant located in a well-regarded area of Rome. The atmosphere is both rustic and elegant, and the service is courteous, knowledgeable, and offers a wide range of dishes. The cuisine is traditional yet contemporary, yet delicious and plentiful. I personally enjoyed the carbonara and tagliata, accompanied by an excellent wine.
