The crescia sfogliata with prosciutto crudo nosttrano e casciotta d'Urbino is quite dry and I do not recommend it to anyone

The prices are the same as everywhere else these days, but the food here is good and it's right in front of the Doge's Palace.

Black truffle pasta was excellent. Atmosphere was serene, calm and nice. Prices were reasonable and it was clear dishes were made bespoke, I'm pretty sure they were making fresh pasta whenever needed for a dish. Not too busy as well which is nice and everyone on the staff was quite friendly ! Definitely recommend if you're around Urbino.

Excellent restaurant in the heart of beautiful Urbino. Tasty traditional cuisine (the lamb and turkey are excellent), attentive and prompt service, never intrusive.

We went for lunch. We ordered three stuffed crescie, one strozzapreti with asparagus, and two desserts. The food was really good. The service was attentive and fast. The staff was kind and friendly. Recommended.

It looks unassuming from the square, and the first (and often only) restaurant you see isn't usually the best choice. But this one deserves top marks. We received a very friendly and professional welcome. We had the dish of the week: saffron risotto with green asparagus. Excellent. The Sangiovese della Casa was a perfect match. (The only downside is that the chairs aren't very comfortable.)

We visited Urbino...a beautiful place....and we entered the restaurant not knowing what the food was like....but we were very satisfied with everything...the food and the courtesy of the staff...thank you for everything...the first course was excellent and the suckling pig equally so.

19/05/2026: You'll find the best grilled fish on the provincial coast. A friend from Pesaro recommended it to me. I can confirm: they're masters at preserving the purity and goodness of traditional local home cooking. The ambiance, aroma, and flavor evoke memories of childhood.
18/05/2026: A good beachfront restaurant, with friendly staff and excellent food. A comprehensive menu at fair prices. A good wine list and the option to order gluten-free options, provided you accept that the kitchen isn't certified.

23/02/2026: I love this place and every time I'm in the area, it's a must-try. The grilled meat is cooked to perfection, and their carbonara is out of this world, both in its enormous portion and its flavor. The owner is a key figure, and you absolutely have to get to know him. The staff is attentive to detail and friendly.
30/12/2025: A lovely restaurant to spend a day with friends or family. Overall, the food was good (the gnocchi with rib ragù and the meats were excellent, but unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed by the creamy pasta dish and the extremely salty side dishes). The service and atmosphere were good, everyone was very friendly, but unfortunately, the second half of the meal was a bit slow (all the side dishes came out right away, but the meat took a long time to arrive, so we had to eat both at different times). Good coffee. If it helps, cell phone/internet reception is poor to non-existent. The location is lovely and surrounded by nature. Easy parking. We paid €50 each. See you next time.
