If seafood is your game. Definitely go here. The service is so fun. There is a 70 plus year old gentleman who does the service along with two twin boys. They run a tight ship and an amazing service. Food sphageti with clamps. 9/ 10. Mixed seafood grill 10/10. Friend artichokes. Amazing 11/ 10. Octopus in tomatoes sauce 10/ 10. Plus an amazing bottle of white wine. All for 68 Euros. Great value for money. Busy restaurant. So book. I booked through fork.

Someone who appreciates his employees, is attentive to his guests, is in a very good mood, is extremely concerned about the well-being of all visitors and the food was phenomenally good! This was hands down the best meal we had all week. We ate at several of the restaurants within the same block as it was close to our hotel, and I wish we had gone here every night. Your host is a maestro in every sense of the word. If he makes a recommendation, do yourself a favor and say yes. The staff are wonderful and entertaining. The food is nothing short of amazing. The risotto was perfect, the carbonara and skewered swordfish with prawns were perfect, the artichokes (both kinds that we had) were the best I have ever tasted, and the desserts... The tiramisu and cake he suggested for me (it was like a canolli in filo, amazing) were outstanding. The smiles never left our faces the entire time we were guests. Please do yourself a favor and check this place out for yourself. More small places like this need people to step off the beaten path, and this is a place worth experiencing. I'd give it 12 stars out of 5 if I could. I just wish I had gotten more pics of what we ate, but many didn't sit long enough to dig the phone out.

We had an excellent time at Il Corsaro. The outside part was opened and heated up for us, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We are in Rome a lot and this was the best we have eaten so far. The spaghetti alle vongole was amazing. The owner even brought us limoncello at the end of the meal! Service and food 10/10.

Since I was born in 1964, there was no way around this restaurant. We were the first guests and were greeted as warmly as one could wish for, personally and individually! The food was excellent and very tasty. We'll definitely come again!

Siamo tornati in questo ristorantino a distanza di qualche anno ed abbiamo ritrovato la solita ottima cucina, le porzioni generose ed un cameriere eccezionale. Il vero punto di forza del locale è lui con la sua estrema gentilezza e simpatia. Torneremo per lui.

Trovato grazie a the fork, lo consiglio per tanti motivi dalla qualità delle materie prime al prezzo e alla cordialità del personale ma soprattutto lo consiglio perché non è turistico , sicuramente ci tornerò volentieri
