Excellent restaurant, friendly staff, relaxed and quiet atmosphere. It's certainly not cheap, but it's worth it. Excellent, carefully prepared dishes, excellent wines... everything perfect. Highly recommended!

After several visits, I'm happy to write this review: What a culinary delight. You can truly indulge yourself here. Every menu is an adventure. The wine selection is fantastic. We love spending time here together. The owners are so nice. I would also like to emphasize that they don't just deliberately sell you very expensive wines. They offer good, high-quality wines that deserve their price

My partner and I (big foodies) had an amazing experience at Ristorante Il Cormorano. We came here for lunch and not only was the food so unique, fresh and special but the service was incredible. Ambrogio was helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in making our experience unforgettable. Best restaurant experience we’ve had in our two weeks travelling across Sardinia and we cannot wait to come back!!

Top restaurant in Castelsardo.
Excellent products cooked and presented equally well.
Attentive service.
Tidy and clean place and furnished with taste and originality.
Organic fregola di mare with local saffron and fresh fish, a real delight.
We'll be back soon for the great mixed fried food 👍💪

An outstanding restaurant run by Ambrogio. He and his team are very quality-conscious, serving excellent cuisine with great finesse. Certainly one of the best restaurants in the Castelsardo region. I've been here several times and will continue to visit Il Cormorano many more times.

What a wonderful restaurant. Every aspect was top top top, the food was amazing, the wine recommendations were both terrific value and delicious!! And to top it all off, the service was the best I've had in a restaurant in a long time (and I go to a lot of restaurants) From the gracious expert advice of the owner to the wait staff. We couldn't have asked for a better meal experience. Grazie infinite 🤩
