Il Cormorano In Castelsardo

Amazing seafood restaurant! The octopus starter with the fennel was super fresh and the white fish tartare was really delicious! As for primi, the pasta fish with the shrimp sauce convinced everyone at the table! Highly recommended if you’re in castelsardo.

During our visit to Castelsardo we chose this restaurant driven by the positive reviews and we must say that they proved to be consistent with our experience. Very attentive and prepared service. We have to give a shout-out to a boy from Campania who was able to recommend a delicious dessert that we polished off in record time (we don't normally eat desserts). We started with their tasting with 8 starter courses, all very good, we continued with a typical pasta (lorighittas) with a fish sauce rated 7+ and finally an exquisite snapper. They recommended an excellent Vermentino. Since we are Tuscan, a small review of the various oils available: all very good and of absolute quality; a symptom of attention to raw materials and customer care. Price quality consistent with the service and proposals.

An absolutely must-try restaurant if you pass through Castelsardo, one of the best if not the best during our stay in Sardinia. Renato, the owner, an exceptional person, friendly and available for any request. The tartare is excellent, the mixed fried food is superb and the pasta is also superb. Well assorted wine list with honest prices. The accurate service with the professionalism of Ambrogio. Account in line with how much eaten. I HIGHLY recommend a stop at Cormorano! Well done!

Buonissimo ristorante nel Centro di Castelsardo, tavoli all'interno e nella bella veranda; servizio ottimo,  titolare simpatico, cibo (per ciò che abbiamo mangiato) squisito oltre che particolare, ben servito e ben impiattato (superlativi i gamberi lardellati come antipasti), buona scelta di vini; ovviamente i costi sono elevati ma tutto secondo le aspettative,  costo compreso.
