Il Cormorano In Castelsardo

CONGRATULATIONS This dish is beautifully crafted, and it brings a missing innovation to this cuisine. It's just a shame that the chef who created it was just passing through. WE HOPE THEY ARE ABLE TO REPLICATE THIS DISH AND THIS INNOVATION.

It's a lovely place, and we were very pleased with the service and complimentary items, but it could have been better. We went as a group of four; two of our plates were fantastic, but the other two, especially mine, weren't so good.

Yesterday we returned to "al Cormorano", in my opinion the best restaurant in the area, impeccable service, excellent wine selection, but the cuisine is the real secret, excellent raw materials, every dish had an exceptional balance, see you soon guys. 😉

Everything was excellent (fresh produce) accompanied by a nice wine... well-maintained and always attentive service... from appetizer to dessert not a single flaw... see you soon...

A pleasant surprise in beautiful Castelsardo: delicious dishes made with fresh, local ingredients, paired with a Lizzana that I highly recommend. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back.

Every time I return to Castelsardo, Ristorante Cormorano is a must! The food here is divine, especially the fish: always fresh, perfectly cooked, and presented with great care. You can truly taste the passion and quality in every dish. The staff is wonderful, kind, and super professional; they make you feel right at home. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. I recommend trying a little bit of everything, from appetizers to desserts, because every course is a tasty surprise! I've also added lots of photos, because the pictures speak for themselves: an experience not to be missed for anyone who loves good food and the Sardinian sea. 🌊🐟🍋

Absolutely fantastic food up on the hill, and it's also reasonably priced. A good wine selection and very friendly service. Highly recommended!
