The BEST gluten-free pizza in Naples or rather in Italy. I have been celiac since birth and have been everywhere in Italy. There is a corner of the pizzeria dedicated only to gluten-free products with a wood-fired oven. Congratulations indeed!

On May 29th we chose the Guardascione pizzeria for the end-of-year middle school dinner with the teachers. It was chosen above all for gluten-free. Same menu for everyone with pizza, fries and drinks. I already know the pizzeria, they are very careful about gluten-free and the pizzas are really good. I had compliments from the professors for the organization and for the excellent dinner, but compliments go to all the staff of the pizzeria, they were helpful, kind, fantastic in everything. I went to this magnificent place for lunch, the gluten free pizzas are delicious and very light with quality ingredients. Furthermore, in addition to having a vast choice of gluten-free desserts, we had the pleasure of being able to taste the classic Neapolitan pastiera, which was also delicious. I took the Norcia pizza with the addition of cherry tomatoes which was a stellar experience: the pizza dough and the quality of the products are superior to the norm! The gluten-free desserts are also delicious! Friendly and helpful staff, clean and welcoming environment. The owner Federico, a discreet, kind-hearted and competent person! I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone with celiac disease and not!

The very imprecise service deserves a separate mention, from the entrance list (where friends of friends pass in front of you amid apologies from the staff when you notice it) to the room where four diners were served at very different times, therefore eating with timing staggered, it really doesn't work. Anyway 2 provolone and pepper, a pizza with special Christmas escarole (€17), an escarole filling, two medium beers on tap, a water and two desserts €40 per couple.
