Tasty evening with the family. Exceptional pizzas filled with quality ingredients, the gluten free pizza is exceptional. We recommend Pizzeria Guardascione to everyone for its goodness and for the attention that the master Federico applies, in first person, in all the courses. After the tasting last night it becomes our reference pizzeria. Among the many pizzerias that of Federico Guardascione has conquered our palate. Congratulations maestro.

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten! Last night we went to this pizzeria with a table of 20 people and I have to say it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The gluten-free pizza was simply the best I've ever tasted: perfect dough, very light and digestible, with very fresh and clearly high-quality products. But the real added value of the evening was the impeccable service, in particular thanks to Antonio, a truly extraordinary waiter. Even though there were many of us, each with a thousand different requests, Antonio was always kind, precise, smiling and super professional. He managed to remember everything without ever making a mistake in an order, always attentive and available until the last minute. A guy with a desire to work that you can see, feel and appreciate. Really congratulations, people like that make the difference. I recommend this place to everyone, both for those who are celiac and for those who simply love to eat well. Excellent gluten free pizza, best I've ever eaten

Excellent Neapolitan pizza (both regular and gluten-free)!

Maximum attention to gluten-free. The pizza is not even remotely comparable to other gluten-free pizzas. My wife and I have eaten so many throughout Italy, this is as good as a “normal” Neapolitan pizza. Really compliments to maestro Guardascione. The desserts are also delicious, all gluten-free. Everything else was spectacular. We will return to Palermo again

Guardascione is located in a quiet and suggestive area, the interior of the place is certainly very inviting. The appetizers are excellent, tasty and faithful to tradition, the variety of pizzas and exclusive ones is the master. The presentation of the dishes is magnificent, the attention to detail is minimal, the desserts are a visual spectacle. A complete dinner or lunch costs about €20-25 per person, but it is absolutely worth it (with only the pizza the price per person is about €12-17) Finally, I really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the boys and girls in the dining room!

Extraordinary quality of the products, impeccable service but never heavy, always authentic and genuine, the gluten-free pizza surprised me because it was served to me as if it were a pizza for everyone, in fact I am absolutely not intolerant, and yet I prefer it for its taste, quality and fragrance (which I find less and less in pizzerias)

We went to Federico Guardascione, and out of curiosity we wanted to try the gluten-free pizza. Well… a crazy surprise! Really delicious, you can’t taste the difference at all with the normal one. Soft, light and with a taste that makes you want to get another one right away. Congratulations, you’ll see us again soon!

The people are always so friendly. For the first time, we tried the gluten-free fries and pizza; they were truly exquisite, and they were extremely attentive to every detail. The Spanish-speaking pizza chef was very kind.
