Light pizza, quality ingredients, friendly and attentive service. We ate a Diavola (wheat flour dough) and 2 gluten-free pizzas (Signora Margherita nel ruotino and Marinara Special). We met Valerio, the pizza chef who took care of the gluten-free. In addition to having done an excellent job, he came several times to make sure that everything was to our liking and to collect any feedback. Excellent everything, we will definitely be back. I have known this place for years, and every time I say that I eat the best pizza of all, but each time it is better than the previous one.
In 22 years of celiac disease and pizzas eaten, I have never found such meticulous care and attention in managing and treating gluten-free doughs, extremely complex and delicate. The result: melting dough, no strange aftertaste, but above all: digestible, often a utopia for a celiac.
The kind, courteous staff, but capable of putting you at ease, the care and attention to every detail, from the decor of the place to the proposal of dishes; the interest of the pizza chefs and the staff who at the time of saying goodbye always ask if we were well.
A thank you to the pizza chef Samuele, who made me laugh with every bite and I would have eaten another one immediately after!

In my experience, Federico Guardascione's gluten-free pizza is superb. I have gone to enjoy it several times in his pizzeria and it has never disappointed me. Dough equal to glutinous dough, quality raw materials! You can enjoy everything gluten-free from appetizers to desserts. The place is very nice and well organised, with welcoming and helpful staff. Just a little note on gluten-free croquettes, too small, you can do much more 😉
