Spectacular view, but poor service and no explanation of the menu. The menu we were given (in English) didn't mention pasta, only meat or seafood options.

Restaurant with a panoramic view. The food was excellent, especially if you're a fish lover. The only thing we found disappointing was the atmosphere. The restaurant isn't exactly cozy.

The restaurant is in a fantastic location, very charming. The meat and seafood appetizers are truly delicious, and the first and second courses are excellent. What more can I say? You have to try it to experience a truly wonderful experience.

Speechless! We went to Rome from Spain and were recommended this restaurant. And it was so worth it. Delicious food! And the service was excellent.

We made a reservation for having dinner at the terrace and enjoyed the delicious dishes served here, such as the spigola in crostata di patate, as wel as the Shiraz red wine from Lazio, while having magnificent views over the Anienne waterfall area and the Temple of Sibilla.

Situato all’inizio del paese, comodo da raggiungere anche in auto. Ottima tagliata di tonno e tiramisù. La vista dal ristorante molto bella

Ristorante Aroma at Palazzo Manfredi

06/11/2025: The Manfredi Hotel is amazing!! We loved dining and staying at this hotel.. The views are stunning the service was great and the food was very good. It was our first time in Italy, I would definitely revisit Aroma Restaurant.
05/11/2025: I always visit Michelin star restaurants wherever I go and this is the first time where I believe that attention to detail and a curated experience might be only happening at the kitchen. Food was exquisite, I don’t have a doubt we were served the best quality. However waiters were lacking of attention, mixing up plates, giving a memorized almost automatic description of what they were serving us instead of focusing on delivering every meal with elegance and detailed explanation. Not just a 1 second super fast incomprensible explanation. It was my birthday and they apparently didn’t read that prior the reservation and on top of everything I had to take my drink from the cooler several times (which is not a problem however is not something happening at any Michelin star restaurant I’ve been). As I said, a lot of Michelin guideline points were NOT taken into consieration. I honestly don’t know how they are conserving the star, might be because of the kitchen. Congratulations on the chef and everyone involved on preparing the food, that was 10 out of 10. More than that, I had a best experience of the nonna preparing pasta the night before. But I got an email to give feedback online so this is it, I wanted to make it less public but here we are. I would definitely come back for the food and the view, not the experience.
